Posh and Brooklyn Help Save the Children in Kentucky

Victoria and Brooklyn Beckham recently took some time out to travel and visit underprivileged children in Kentucky in conjunction with the Save the Children Foundation. Posh and Brooklyn played soccer with the kids and handed out backpacks and shoes. She also talked about bringing her oldest son to visit the area saying, "I'm pleased Brooklyn is learning that by helping and joining other children he can play a role in making his generation the greatest yet." Victoria sounds determined to teach her boys to help others, while in her own career her camp denied that Posh's next move is starting a modeling agency.

Angelina Had A Good Mom Role Model

After a quick stop at a Toronto toy store in her Louboutins, Angie and Brad hopped back to NY to be with their kiddies. It was another whirlwind weekend for the Jolie-Pitts, but for Maddox it was right back to school on Monday morning. Angelina recently gave an interview to The Times of London and, as usual, had some lovely things to say about that adorable family of hers this time in particular about the ways her own mother shaped her. She said,

“I am my mother’s daughter. Very much so. My love of children, my values, caring about what goes on in the world, all of that comes from her. She was the most wonderful woman and a fantastic role model for me. I miss her terribly every day. I try to raise my children the way that my mother raised me. I didn’t really have a father around.”

While I can only imagine how heartbreaking it is to lose your mother, it's always nice to see a smile on Angelina's face when she's around her little munchkins.

January Skips the Bra, Drinks a Few Beers For GQ

January Jones let down her hair during an incredibly sultry shoot for November's cover of GQ. In the interview she loses her Betty Draper veneer from Mad Men and opens up about her career so far and even an old boyfriend, speculated to be ex Ashton Kutcher, who was less than supportive of her acting career. She conducted the interview over a few drinks and talked about getting in trouble for chewing tobacco and playing quarters on a plane, her high school drinking records, beer pong abilities, and how she navigated Hollywood. January is refreshingly real and a little brazen, but perhaps the biggest testament to her acting is how she's very much not just her onscreen counterpart. Here are highlights:

On her ex boyfriend: "The guy I was dating when I first got to LA was not supportive of my acting. He was like, I don't think you're going to be good at this. So - f*ck you! He only has nice things to say now - if anything, I should thank him. Because the minute you tell me I can't do something, that's when I'm most motivated."
On the roles she's being offered: "I'd never really played a mom or a wife before and all of a sudden I'm getting all these lonely mom and wife offers. I don't want to get stuck."
On growing up: "I hung out with dudes in high school. We were the hippies-into the Dead, Zeppelin, Phish. I was a lifeguard at the water park, and I remember the day Jerry died. Over the loudspeaker, it said: 'Jerry Garcia has died. Everybody meet in the parking lot.' I probably shouldn’t say that-we were saving lives! But that was definitely a sit-in-the-chair-with-sunglasses afternoon."

On transitioning from modeling to acting: "You're like an object. They move you around. And I felt like, God, I'm miserable. I hate modeling. When I moved back to New York, the agency said I owed them $20,000. So I left the agency and then-very quickly-decided to go to LA and try acting. Without any training."
On Betty: "I don't have a lot in common with Betty, but I'm very protective of her. I just feel like she's trying really hard to make her life good, and make her marriage work, and it just seems hypocritical that when she slips up, people get mad. Because Don does it all the f*cking time."

Shia Suits Up With Michael Douglas on Set

Shia LaBeouf left his motorcycle behind and was back to suits and ties on the set of Money Never Sleeps in NYC earlier today. Michael Douglas joined him, all decked out to reprise his role as Gordon Gekko - hopefully we'll get a glimpse of what kind of updated cell phone he'll be carrying this time around. Shia has been lucky enough to share the screen with a number of legendary actors, so he has some great role models to make sure his career stays strong for decades to come.

The Beckhams Reunite For a Family Dinner

David Beckham took the wheel to drive his family home after dinner at Nobu in LA last night. Victoria's back on the West Coast after her time in NYC for Fashion Week and The View, looking all settled in the backseat with Romeo and his toys. It's always a treat to see the family together, and Becks had a special reason to celebrate - he was voted best male role model for children in a recent British poll. Despite his occasional trouble on the field, David has always maintained the importance of being respectful and having his boys look up to him.

Leonardo Travels in Style and Neck-Pillowed Comfort

Leonardo DiCaprio had his comfy neck pillow conveniently attached to his backpack at the Nice, France, airport on Sunday. Leonardo has been working on Inception in Paris, and even though they're still in the process of making the movie, the director Christopher Nolan has already released a teaser for the film. Leo supposedly has to slim down for the role, though his shirtless physique didn't look like it was bothering his bevy of model friends in the French Riviera earlier this month.

Alba as a Role Model

The event was held to discuss women's achievements and under representation of women in the entertainment industry. So along with being beautiful, Jessica is encouraging women to follow their dreams. Oh yeah, and she has a hot man who loves her. It's good to be Alba right now.
