Rachel, Brad, and Eric Look Heavenly at Time Traveler's Wife

Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana got a special visit from their executive producer, Brad Pitt, at the premiere of The Time Traveler's Wife in NYC last night. The actress showed off some skin in her dress and was without a date amid rumors things are over with Josh Lucas. Rachel recently compared life as an actor to the film saying, "Actors are gypsies and we're constantly going in and out of our lives and jumping into others. As a person who travels a lot, I hope that the person I am with would be patient with me, because that's the nature of my life." Fresh off traveling cross-country, Brad was also decked out in white - the opposite of his and Angelina's black-on-black at Monday night's big premiere of Inglourious Basterds in LA. Only Eric had his partner by his side, wife Rebecca Gleeson, at the screening and afterparty.

Will Honored as a Modern Master

Will Smith went from warming up a NYC crowd of extras to being honored at the 22nd Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. BFF Tom Cruise presented Will with the Modern Master Award. Will is up for an Oscar for his performance in The Pursuit of Happyness and was asked about the film's success and what it takes to be a good father. Here's more:

"People are enjoying the film and it's reached a level of critical acclaim; it can't get any better than this," he said. "This is such a glorious time, it feels almost like emotional, spiritual greed."

Asked what it takes to be a good father, Smith said patience, compassion and commitment. He's the father of three in real life, including 7-year-old Jaden, who co-stars in the movie.

"You've got to really want to be a good father," he told reporters on the red carpet outside the Arlington Theatre on Saturday night.

Demi Supports Rumer and Costars at Sorority Row Premiere

Rumer Willis had her mom Demi Moore by her side at Thursday night's LA premiere of Sorority Row. Rumer was joined by her gaggle of young female costars like Audrina Patridge, Jamie Chung, Briana Evigan, and more. Audrina gushed about how much fun it was to make the gory movie, and fellow MTV reality-alum Jamie also loved getting into the horror genre. She was especially fond of how the women got to play the badasses in the film saying, "That was one of the main things that attracted me to the script - the strong female characters." Rumer was also excited to step outside her cool girl image, "I think it’s fun. I think as an actor it’s important to put your vanity in check. For me, at least, it’s too much pressure to have to be that [cool] girl. It’s more fun to play a quirky character. People connect to that more."

Kellan's off-again girlfriend AnnaLynne McCord wasn't in sight, but her 90210 costars Shenae Grimes and Jessica Stroup laughed together on the red carpet in their short dresses. Taye Diggs posed proudly with his pregnant wife, Idina Menzel, while Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter smiled for the cameras as many more celebrities piled in to the party for a star-studded night of style.

Michelle and Penelope Get Award Ready at Gotham Awards

Movie award season kicked off last night in NYC with the 2008 Gotham Awards. We should get used to seeing some of these winners names and some of these familiar faces when the New Year comes along and Award Season really gets rolling, but for now the group took the red carpet to start honoring each other. While Frozen River took home the top honors, Michelle Williams and Penelope Cruz both had reasons to smile. Rachel Weisz came out to support her husband's movie The Wrestler. Michelle's Synecdoche, New York won the Robert Altman Award for best director, casting and ensemble while Vicky Cristina Barcelona also won an award for best ensemble cast. Stars Get Glamorous For Courteney & Demi's Reel Moments

Courteney Cox and Demi Moore's friends and family came out to support their directorial debuts last night at the Director's Guild of America headquarters in LA. Courteney's The Monday Before Thanksgiving and Demi's Streak are two of three short films, which you can watch here, produced for Glamour's Annual Reel Moments event. Courteney said she would love to be a director again, while Demi was happy to work with her daughter, Rumer. Amid more rumors of recent romantic dinners with John Mayer, Reel Moment alum Jennifer Aniston smiled and posed with her best friend. Ashton and Tallulah cheered on Demi as just two of the scores of loved ones and A-Listers who came out to celebrate the project along with the new directors.

Claire and Hugh's Evening Love

The NY premiere of Claire Danes and boyfriend Hugh Dancy's new film Evening was last night and seasoned celebs were out in full force. The film itself is based on the novel by Susan Minot and is about a dying woman played by Vanessa Redgrave who reveals a secret to her daughters on her death bed. Claire plays Vanessa as a young girl and Hugh plays her lover in the film. Rumor is the two met and fell in love on the set when Claire was still with Billy Crudup! It's no wonder then that Hugh was a little vague when asked about how their real life feelings translated to the screen. He says, "Screen chemistry, it's never actually as simple as it may seem. I mean, it's a nice tag, but the reality is that chemistry, or any kind of relationship between two characters on screen, is something that's worked on by actors and a good script, in my opinion."

Rachel Weisz isn't in the movie and wasn't looking her best last night, but she's got some big movie news too -- she's just signed on to star in Peter Jackson's adaptation of The Lovely Bones.
