Anna, Stephen, and Stars of the Small Screen Party For Nylon

Starlets were out in force last night to celebrate Nylon's special TV issue. 90210's AnnaLynne McCord and Shenae Grimes posed on the carpet, as did Melrose Place's Jenna Dewan. Anna Paquin is the magazine's cover girl, and she was the center of attention as she chatted with her fiance and True Blood costar Stephen Moyer. While his next project is the vampire movie Priest with Cam Gigandet, Stephen and Anna gave an interview appearing in the upcoming issue about their HBO show and their views on nudity and sex. Anna on her nude True Blood scenes: "I don’t think a naked body is particularly shocking or interesting. . . . It’s not the culture I was raised in. I was not brought up in the United States. I don’t share the [attitude] that you can have graphic violence, but - God forbid - you see someone’s nipples."
Anna on going blonde for her role: "I don’t look like a Barbie doll, and probably never will. People are incredibly literal in how they view you. You have dark hair and pale skin? You must be brooding. The second you dye your hair blonde and get a spray tan, people treat you as if you’re a bit stupider and happier. Suddenly, it’s like you’re hot and sexy."

Stephen on vampire sex: "The thing about vampirism is that it taps into a female point of view – you have an old-fashioned gentleman with manners who is a f**king killer . . . it’s an interesting duality, because in our present society it would be an odd thing for a woman to say, ‘I want my man to be physical with me.’ How, as a modern man, can you f**king work that? It’s one thing to be polite and gentle. . . . But when do you know it’s OK to crawl out of the mud and rape her [as Bill does in one scene]?. . . It’s difficult stuff for a bloke, but a vampire gets away with it. . . . I think that’s the attraction of the show – it’s looking back at a romantic time when men were men, but they were still charming."

Matthew and Camila Help Kick Off Earth Day at a Lumber Yard

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves kicked off their Earth Day festivities last night with a party at the Malibu Lumber Yard grand opening. With the constant trips to the beach and traveling around in their Airstream it seems like MM and Camila are teaching Levi to love the earth already so it's no mystery why Matthew earned a place on our 15 Favorite Eco-Loving Celebrities list this year. Joining the couple out last night were other green stars in neutral colored clothing like Mena Suvari, Vanessa Minnillo and Angie Harmon.

ABC TCA Party Brings Out the All Stars

ABC closed the TCAs with an all star party that included the Cashmere ladies, Big Shot men (more on them soon) and gorgeous newlyweds Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn. The happy couple stayed by each others sides as long as they could before reporters attacked and them and asked them about their various shows on the network. My favorites of the night were Dylan McDermott and Angie Harmon who seemed to be having a fun time together even though her husband, Jason Sehorn was there by her side as well. The Private Practice cast came and once again we are excited about Taye Diggs returning to TV. During their panel, Shonda Rhimes exposed lots of secrets for both PP and the upcoming season of Grey's. Dirty Sexy Premiere

One of the new shows I'm most excited about is without a doubt Dirty Sexy Money. It has everything I love on TV (mostly). A Baldwin? Check. A Sutherland? Check. Actors from favorite TV shows of the past? Check (Samaire Armstrong, aka Anna from The OC), check (Peter Krause, aka Nate from Six Feet Under). Scandal, intrigue, decadence, moral conundrums? Check, check, check, check. I can't wait - and last night's LA premiere of the show just makes me even more anxious for Wednesday! The young star of the show, Chloe Moretz, sure knows how to work a red carpet already, doesn't she?

ABC Dramas have a lot of Big Shots

Along with all the gorgeous women joining ABC's prime time, there will be plenty of eye candy for the ladies as well. The male version of Sex and the City is called Big Shots and stars Michael Vartan, Dylan McDermott, Christopher Titus and Joshua Malina. In the pilot these four CEOs sit around in a steam room bitching about their lives when Dylan's character finally says, "Men, we're like the new women." Talk about a guilty pleasure! Then there is the most hyped show of the season, the Grey's spin off, Private Practice. While everyone else is focusing on Kate Walsh, we'll lust after Taye Diggs who will get another shot at ABC prime time. For lots of upcoming PP and Grey's secrets, click here.

Peter Krause stars in Dirty Sexy Money where he plays a lawyer who takes over his dead father's job as personal counsel for an uber-rich dysfunctional family. The creator of the show, Craig Wright, said it was inspired by the Dallas or Dynasty models but more updated. Ex-OC and Entourage star, Samaire Armstrong also joins the cast as the blonde bratty socialite that many are already comparing to Paris Hilton. Celebrity Gamers Hit Nintendo Wii Party

Young Hollywood sure does love their technology toys. The new Nintendo gaming system is available this Sunday but good luck getting it. We wish Nintendo would send us one. We would love us some new Mario games to teach Katie to play (who are we kidding, my husband Brian and I would take full advantage of her nap time to test out the new toy). We've been talking about it since last year. No closet gamers here. Check out the crowd the Wii brought out. Adam Brody, Pete Wendt, Haylie Duff, Drew Lachey, and Jason Biggs all probably got one for free. Lucky stars.

Jimmy Parties with the C-List

Jimmy Kimmel hosted the launch of The Samsung BlackJack at Boulevard3 last night, and the Hollywood C-list crowd came to check out the new device. Not so sure what's going on with Eric Dane, aka McSteamy. We prefer him looking like this. Brandon Davis is once again following right behind Nicky. MTV alum and cutie Simon Rex could have used some help getting dressed too, but the former OC star Samaire Armstrong sure looks adorable.
