Sarah Michelle Gellar Shares Her Late Show Visit With Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning

Sarah Michelle Gellar stopped by the Late Show in NYC to chat with David Letterman about Ringer yesterday. She was just one of the famous faces to sit down with Dave, since Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning was also a guest on the show. SMG apparently tried to meet the NY Giant backstage, but told Dave that "his security wouldn't let me near him. It was weird. I was trying. I was like, 'No really, I'm just a big fan.' I think that's where I went wrong. 'I just want an autograph and a lock of his hair!' But they said 'no' Awkward." She continued press this morning with an appearance on The Covino and Rich radio show at SiriusXM Studios and a visit to Live With Kelly. SMG debuted new bangs during the trip, which coincides perfectly with tonight's new episode of the small screen drama.

Miranda and Orlando, Rachel, Sofia, and More Party Post-Globes With InStyle

InStyle hosted another of its famous post-Golden Globes bashes at the Beverly Hilton Hotel last night! As always, the magazine gathered some of the biggest stars from TV and film. Will Arnett and Amy Poehler joked around on the party's red carpet, while Sofia Vergara prepped to celebrate Modern Family's best comedy series win. Rachel Zoe wore a dress from her own collection to mingle with friends, and Orlando Bloom threw an arm around his Dolce and Gabbana-clad wife Miranda Kerr on the way inside.

Miranda and Orlando didn't have projects in the running last night, but they had plenty to toast anyway - Orlando had a birthday Friday, and Miranda was just named a new celebrity ambassador for Qantas Airways. They had plenty of famous pals to share Moët with last night, including Kate Beckinsale, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Zooey Deschanel. The Ladies Bring Their Most Glamorous Gowns to the Golden Globes Red Carpet

The red carpet at last night's Golden Globe Awards was filled with stars in their finest looks. Charlize Theron stole the show in a gorgeous Dior gown while Kate Winslet, who picked up the award for best actress in Mildred Pierce, posed in a black and white look by Jenny Packham. Angelina Jolie arrived on the arm of Brad Pitt in a neutral Atelier Versace with a pop of red. Presenter Kate Beckinsale wore Roberto Cavalli for her turn on the carpet with husband Len Wiseman and Fashion Star's Nicole Richie got glamorous in a beaded Julien Macdonald number and a House of Harlow clutch.

Red was a hot color this evening with presenter Reese Witherspoon in a sexy, fitted Zac Posen and George Clooney's girlfriend, Stacy Keibler, in a brightly hued Valentino gown with a bow detail. Natalie Portman went bright in a pink Lanvin after spending the weekend with her family in Santa Monica. The Help's Viola Davis showed leg in Emilio Pucci and Emma Stone broke away from her green streak with a two-tone Lanvin look.

Things took a dark turn with a group of ladies choosing classic black for the big event. Rooney Mara, who was nominated for best actress in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, continued her run of daring ensembles with a cutout Nina Ricci. Mila Kunis presented the best supporting actor award with Gerard Butler in Dior while Julianne Moore went with a strapless Chanel. One of the evening's winners, Claire Danes, showed skin in a backless J Mendel and presenter Salma Hayek rocked an edgy Gucci as she arrived with husband Francois-Henri Pinault.

There was more color mixing up the carpet with Modern Family's Sofia Vergara in a blue fishtail Vera Wang and Kelly Osbourne in a Zac Posen gown of the same hue. My Week With Marilyn winner Michelle Williams accepted her statue in a velvety Jason Wu while Melissa McCarthy took her turn in front of the cameras in a green Badgley Mischka and Evan Rachel Wood wowed in a Gucci Premiere halter.

We're always glad to see Buffy back out on the red carpet, but tonight in her blue Monique Lhuillier ballgown, Sarah Michelle Gellar is a ringer for Cinderella. Granted, it would be a very modern version of the fairytale, with the gown's blue ink-in-water print and Sarah's sleek ponytail. She's playing with cool tones in her makeup and accessories as well, with lilac-rimmed eyes and coordinating drop earrings. Sarah Michelle Gellar held her daughter Charlotte's hand as she picked her up from ballet lessons yesterday in LA. The Ringer star sported an Alexander McQueen scarf and a leather jacket as she and Charlotte headed home. Charlotte even took a style cue from mom, adding a pair of black motorcycle boots to her pink leotard and tutu! The duo have been stepping out to do some holiday shopping this month, and Charlotte also recently joined her mom for a day on the set of her CW show. SMG, Charlotte, and Freddie Prinze Jr. are gearing up for a bit of a break over the holiday season with Ringer taking a hiatus from the airwaves until January 31. The series was initially scheduled to return on January 10, but was delayed slightly - along with 90210 - to make room for some of the network's brand-new shows.

Sarah wore a scarf, while 3-year-old Charlotte chose a furry jacket in the fashionable pattern. Sarah and Charlotte have a habit of matching and were spotted wearing similar sunglasses just last month. Sarah's stylish ways have been on display on her TV hit Ringer, though the show is currently on a midseason break. We'll see Sarah back on the small screen when the drama returns Jan. 10.
