We're big Zooey Deschanel fans 'round these parts (as I've told you) so it's fun to see she was out giving some love to the geeks at the Sci Fi Channel Upfront Party in NY last night. Also in the house, for those of you who like yourself a hot sci-fi lady, was Battlestar Gallactica's Grace Park (seen in gallery). Awww, looks like these two definitely fall into the Geeky Girls We Love category.

Matt Damon stayed caffeinated as he arrived to work on the set of The Adjustment Bureau in NYC earlier today. He's starring opposite Emily Blunt in the sci-fi love story, and The Hurt Locker's Anthony Mackie will be joining the cast as well. This Fall is shaping up to be a hectic one for Matt who has the release of both The Informant and Invictus, but we're not complaining — especially if it means lots of red-carpet appearances starting in just a couple weeks at the Venice Film Festival.

So You Think You Can Dance kicked off Fox's TCA panels this morning with some Paula Abdul talk and — naturally — some dancing. Precious Cat Deeley introduced the popular routines from the season though the top four weren't able to come as they were busy getting ready for tonight's finale! Nigel Lythgoe continued to express how much he would love to have Paula Abdul on Dance, but also said he's not convinced she won't be back on American Idol.

Joshua Jackson brought his hot scruff and cozy plaid shirt to stop by TRL this week to promote his new show Fringe. The sci-fi series premiered last night and I have to say, I'm hooked already thanks in no small part to Josh himself. Not only am I so excited to see him back on TV, but he's such a gentleman in real life it's impossible not to swoon.

Rachel Bilson scored the cover of the March issue of Lucky, and we're thinking her little purple dress is an improvement over the patriotic bikini she wore for GQ. She's been everywhere lately talking about her new movie, Jumper, and in the article she compares her experience doing stunts to putting together her envy-inducing style. She says, "I had to surrender control and let go of a lot of fears; it had a big impact on my life.
