LL and Ashley Help DMB and Julia Stand Up For a Cure

Some of our favorite small screen actors - and at least one high profile TV guest star - stepped out at Madison Square Garden last night for Dave Matthews Band's concert as part of the Stand Up For A Cure series. Fresh from a day filming Ugly Betty Lindsay Lohan posed on the red carpet before watching Samantha Ronson DJ the pre-show. Julia Roberts introduced the main act to an audience including some of the Gossip Girl kids like Chace Crawford, Jessica Szohr and Nicole Fiscella, as well as the always-endearing Damien Fahey among others. While I imagine big events like this are still bittersweet for the band who recently lost a member, they performed the night away to raise money for lung cancer research.

Mandy Gets Sexy in the New Year

Mandy Moore hosted a NYE party in Miami at The Raleigh Hotel on Monday night. She was joined by a Carrie-less-Chace Crawford with his new BFF JC Chasez and Dax Shepard (with what looks like no Kristen Bell in site). Mandy has always been one of our favorite starlets for being wholesome, smart and sweet. Hopefully things will remain that way in 2008 but word is she was so sexed up on NYE and all the men took notice. Apparently Mandy turned up the heat in her hot little pink dress so much so that Brody Jenner and BFF Frankie Delgado were staring at the starlet all night and even followed her out at the wee hours of the event.
