Lovely Ladies of Hollywood Come Out For a Pre-Emmys Party
The Emmys are this Sunday in LA, but that's not stopping the nominees — and even those who aren't up for awards — from starting the celebrations. Entertainment Weekly linked up with the Women in Film organization to host a bash last night at the Sunset Marquis hotel with Audrina Patridge, AnnaLynne McCord, and former Twilighter Rachelle LeFevre turning out for the red carpet. Newly pregnant Jenna Elfman of Accidentally on Purpose struck a pose alongside Jennie Garth, whose husband Peter has been spending his time up in Vancouver working out with Kellan Lutz.
Matthew and Catherine Celebrate Michael's Body of Work
Michael Douglas was the man of the evening last night as he received an AFI Lifetime Achievement Award in LA. He hit the red carpet on the arm of his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones, while his Ghosts of Girlfriends Past costar Matthew McConaughey brought along Camila Alves. Kiefer Sutherland and Tobey Maguire took the stage to pay tribute to their pal Michael, and Catherine even brought out her Chicago skills for a song-and-dance number in her husband's honor.

Robert Pattinson didn't need a leading lady on his arm to stand out in another dapper suit and Josh Hartnett also provided some eye candy for the ladies.

A very tan and still blonde Matt Damon has been busy filming The Human Factor in South Africa but he took time off to celebrate the grand opening of the luxurious One and Only Resort in Cape Town. While it's rare to see Matt and Mariah Carey at the same event, the crowd was an interesting mix of celebs. Clint Eastwood, who is currently directing Matt, was there along with Thandie Newton, Marisa Tomei and Robert De Niro.

While they were the stars on the big screen, Angelina Jolie was the one who lit up the evening with her big smile, happily supporting Brad. Samuel L. Jackson was honored by friends and colleagues last night at the American Cinematheque gala in LA. The event was sponsored by AMC, so Jon Hamm was out with his girlfriend to support Mad Men's home network, while JT hammed it up on stage.
