Jimmy Choo designer Tamara Mellon brought together some friends in Hollywood last night to celebrate the launch of her new collection for H&M. Stars like Olivia Wilde, Rashida Jones, Whitney Port and the Hilton sisters posed for photos with Tamara on the carpet before heading in to see a special performance from MIA. Jimmy Choo is known for their shoes, but this line will also include Tamara's first-ever clothing collection and many of the stars were sporting her designs for their evening out.

It was all about the ladies at the Rock a Little, Feed a Lot benefit concert in LA last night. Joel and Benji Madden were among the performers for the star studded crowd. Courteney Cox and David Arquette came out to support their close friends Sheryl Crow and Ben Harper as well as present on stage to support the cause.

The star-studded VH1 Divas kicked off last night at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and new diva-inductees like Jennifer Hudson, Jordin Sparks, Miley Cyrus, and Kelly Clarkson walked the red carpet in their glamorous gowns. Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port looked gorgeous and sparkly, and we'll have more on LC's possible LA Candy movie deal later. Miley weighed in on the Taylor/Kanye incident, calling him out as disrespectful.

For the second year in a row, Taylor Swift was the darling of the CMT Awards in Nashville last night. She took home both Best Video of the Year and Best Female Video for "Love Story" whereas last year she won both awards for "Our Song." Even with all eyes on adorable Taylor, Brad Paisley once again walked away with a few statues.

Omnipeace's "Stamp Out Violence" event at STK drew a star-studded crowd including BFFs Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, and Sheryl Crow, along with Twilight's Ashley Greene. The women spoke about the charity's fight to end violence against women in the Congo, and a pregnant Nicole Richie said, "I'm all about making people aware and showing them what the problem is. It's impossible to turn your back on something like this."

Ben Affleck took the stage at the Children Mending Hearts Gala at the House of Blues in LA last night to present the year's humanitarian award to Anderson Cooper. Before handing the mic over to Cooper, Ben spoke about the Congo, a cause close to his heart and about which he wrote for Time magazine this week. When Ben stepped off the stage, he found a special surprise waiting back at his seat — Jennifer Garner snuck in to watch him and give him kisses at the table before ducking out 20 minutes later.

Last night Saks Fifth Avenue hosted the 14th annual Unforgettable Evening benefiting the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund. Gwyneth Paltrow looked conservative in white compared to her rockin' sparkles from this weekend. While her husband Chris won some Grammys, she is also a winner this week by being honored for all she has done with the fund she set up in her father's name.

The Grammys may seem like one of the longest shows of Award Season, but last night they mixed it up with some exciting performances. The show kicked off with U2 starring Bono, but the absence of Chris Brown and Rihanna was quickly felt. Justin Timberlake, Al Green, Keith Urban and Boyz II Men all stepped in to form a hodge podge second performance of the night while the young couple dealt with assault allegations and drama.

Jennifer Aniston and her large group of celebrity BFFs continued their Cabo vacation this past week, ringing in the New Year with lots of bikinis. Bar Refaeli showed off her award-winning body while Leonardo DiCaprio partied with his boys Kevin Connolly, Lukas Haas and Tobey Maguire. Jennifer Meyer showed off her pregnant belly and the Cox-Arquettes splashed around in the pool with Coco.

Some of the biggest names in the music industry came out last night for the Spirit of Life Award Dinner in LA, honoring Universal Music Group CEO Doug Morris for his commitment to philanthropy. Rihanna, Mariah, and Adam Levine were just a few who showed off their vocal talents on stage, while Gwen Stefani and Sheryl Crow cheered from the audience. Nick Cannon was right there for Mariah after her performance, but Rihanna was without her constant companion Chris Brown, making us wonder if there's any truth to the rumors that she's got a new man.
