Celebs Show Off Their Stuff at ShoWest

ShoWest came to a close last night after days of studios sharing their upcoming movies to theater owners from across the country. The festivities closed with an award ceremony where Kate Bosworth struck a pose in her much more tame outfit to celebrate 21, which was recognized with a best ensemble cast. Sarah Jessica Parker showed off her Vanguard award and cited Woody Allen as her inspiration. Anne Hathaway received the Female Star of the Year while Robert Downey Jr was the Male star. Anne also was there to promote Get Smart with Steve Carell while Mommy Maggie Gyllenhaal was there with Batman Christian Bale to plug The Dark Knight.

Dunst, Cheadle and Carell Score at ShoWest!

The ShoWest festivities continued last night with the big award ceremony where the celebs came out to support their films and the fabulous theater owners that play them for us to enjoy (see one doesn't work without the other). Top honors this year include, Steve Carell, Don Cheadle, and Kirsten Dunst -- check the full list of honorees here. As the theaters are anticpating making bank on Spider-Man 3 this May, they were drilling Dunst to know about the chance to score box office gold with a Spider-Man 4. Here's her response:

"Well, I think Sam has dedicated so much of his life, like more than ten years, to the 'Spider-Man' franchise with so much passion and love, the man is burnt out at this time," she told reporters. "I think he needs a long vacation to put his creativity towards something else and then maybe we'll revisit it. I told Sam that we should do a 'Spider-Man 4' that's completely low budget--'Evil Dead' style--where Mary Jane has eight children with very little special effects and then we'll get a whole new audience, we'd make a lot of money because it wouldn't cost as much and everyone would go see it."

When asked about the rumors that Sony is moving forward with a fourth movie with or without Raimi, Dunst was surprised that someone would even suggest it. "Do they want to give Sam Raimi a heart attack? That's evil. Sorry, that's not happening any time soon. I would just say no for Sam's sake so that he can have a break. We would all do it together because Sam, Tobey and I are a team now, but there's no way it's going to happen very soon. I just can't imagine that. We don't have the story to tell right now."

We bet there would be lots of volunteers for screenwriters to keep the sequels coming. I can't wait for the next Spidey movie and would hate to think this is the end.

Jennifer and Mark Show El Cantante to Vegas

J-Lo and Marc were quick to put to bed any troubled marriage rumors by looking as happy and in love as ever last night. The two were in Sin City to show off their latest project, El Cantante, to a panel for ShoWest 2007 at the Paris Hotel. The film doesn't officially come out until August 1, but has already generated some Oscar buzz for Ms. Lopez. Jennifer looked stunning and even opted for one of the recent runway trends, high-waisted pants. Marc, on the other hand, well we maybe would prefer that he button up his shirt a little more next time.

Don't Ask Ashton and Demi if They're Pregnant

Demi, along with her costars Dane Cook and Kevin Costner, stopped off in Vegas yesterday to promote their upcoming movie, Mr. Brooks. The film won't be out until June 1st, but if recent speculation is correct, Demi may be showing off something other than a new film this summer. Yes, it's that time again -- Demi/Ashton pregnancy rumor #6016 is in circulation. This one comes just in time for Ashton's press junket to promote his new show, The Real Wedding Crashers, and surprise surprise, he doesn't want to talk about the baby rumors. Here's more:

In a memo obtained by Mediabistro.com, an NBC flack invites the media to a March 16 press conference. "Questions will be taken from in-person journalists as well as from press on the phone," reads the letter. "Please do not ask Ashton Kutcher any 'personal' questions." Especially about rumors that his wife, Demi Moore, is expecting. When "Extra" speculated that she was "hiding a pregnancy," her rep responded, "If or when Demi is pregnant, she and her husband will decide if that extremely private information should be made public."

While we're loathe to actually believe Demi pregnancy talk, considering how many times it has gone on since these two got together, she is looking a little suspicious hiding behind that coat. Sienna Miller Heads West Before Being Honored at ShoWest

Sienna Miller looked bronzed and ready for the swarm when she arrived at LAX last night. This time we didn't see her greeted with lots of kisses from Balthazar, but we're not going to jump to any conclusions about the couple. Tomorrow Sienna is headed slightly east to Las Vegas, where she's among the honorees at this year's ShoWest awards. It's been a while since we've focused on Sienna's work rather than her personal life, but there's still an actress in there who people like to watch.

I finally found it and she sure looks happy! Jennifer Aniston wins the ShoWest Female of the Year on Thursday in Las Vegas.

The same night Brad and Angelina make their first awkward appearance together. One big happy family in the same room - I;m sure there was some serious coordinating to make sure everyone was sitting and seeing each other at the right time.

Rachel, Zac and Audrina Show the West How It's Done

ShoWest stormed Las Vegas last night including some of the evening's honorees like Zac Efron, Rachel McAdams and Sienna Miller. Even Audina Patridge took home a statue at the end of the night. The young winners were joined by some big name veterans including Michael Caine who got a lifetime achievement award. Despite the global climate, the mood was apparently light and happy at ShoWest as the stars celebrated each other and kicking off 2009 with box office success.

Sienna Steps Out With a Smile and Possible Vogue Cover

Sienna Miller had a blonde friend by her side out at London's Groucho Club and Jerry's after hours bar last night. Despite a recent UK poll that ranked her as being less sexy than their Queen, Sienna still looked happy when she ran errands solo this afternoon. She's back in England following her trip to the US, where she picked up an award at ShoWest and premiered her film The Mysteries of Pittsburgh. She just might be all over the states again this Summer, if the rumors of her July Vogue cover prove to be true.
