Much Ado About NKOTB, Rihanna, and Music Video Awards

The weather was rainy in Toronto last night, but that didn't stop the stars from shining at the MuchMusic Video Awards - check out the winners here. Whitney Port, Brody Jenner, and Kristin Cavallari all left their home in The Hills long enough to check out the show and pose with Chace Crawford and The Spice Girls' Mel C. Rihanna performed in another of her crazy black costumes and she had two shiny trophies to add to her ensemble by the end of the night. The New Kids on the Block took the stage for a solid nine minutes in their matching white suits, undoubtedly feeling the love from their audience of nostalgic, screaming fans.

Taylor Lautner Strikes a Few Pensive Poses For Interview

Taylor Lauter looks more mature than his 17 years in a series of black-and-white photos for Interview. While some of his Twilight costars are spending their time off before Eclipse working on other movie projects like Remember Me and The Runaways, Taylor's plans are simple: he's in the gym. Taylor opened to up the magazine about his workout regimen, his friendships with the cast, and he also posed for the exclusive video below. Here's more:

On bulking up for New Moon: "As soon as I finished filming Twilight, I knew I had to get to work right away; there could be no waiting involved. The day I finished Twilight, I came home and started bulking up. For New Moon, I’m 30 pounds heavier than I was in Twilight . . . I haven’t noticed much of a change. I grew out of a lot of my clothes, though. I went from a men’s small to a men’s large."
On how he gained the weight: "I was in the gym five days a week, two hours a day. At one point, I was going seven days straight. I had put on a lot of weight, and then I started losing it drastically, so I was worried. It turned out I was overworking myself. My trainer told me that I couldn’t break a sweat, because I was burning more calories than I was putting on. The hardest thing for me was the eating. At one point I had to shove as much food in my body as possible to pack on calories. My trainer wanted me to do six meals a day and not go two hours without eating. If I would cheat on eating one day, I could tell - I’d drop a few pounds."
On intercast relationships: "The whole cast is really close. It would be difficult for our characters if we weren’t. It’s a love triangle, and we need to understand each other. So the fact that we’re close and can talk things through in rehearsals, and if we’re out at dinner, we’ll just randomly start talking about the scene we’re shooting the next day. . . . If we weren’t able to do those things, I don’t know where we’d be."

Spencer Keeps Heidi Dry For Ridiculous Workout & Divorce?

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt didn't let the inclement weather get in the way of their photo op workout on the beach yesterday. Always the doting "husband", Spencer held an umbrella over Heidi decked out in pink as she did her lunges, jogged for a bit and of course made time for kisses. Still continuing their recession friendly series, the duo demonstrated a simple beach workout. There are rumors the two are planning a "divorce" to go with their "wedding", but for now it's all good for the duo. Although, maybe next time the weather gets in the way of their schedule the duo can hit the gym instead where Spencer can work out just his umbrella-holding arm.

Ashley Olsen Can Recognize Herself on Letterman

Ashley Olsen stopped by Letterman last night looking simply beautiful in simple black, perfect for your more influential of the twins. Ashley held her own against Dave's usual barrage of questions and a fun game of "is this you or your sister." As usual, Ashley sounded completely composed, but still cracked a few jokes like asking to borrow the Sarah Palin's passport costume from earlier in the show. When Dave asked if a photo of Diane von Furstenberg was their mom, she played along saying that Karl Lagerfeld is their dad. In the spirit of today, Ashley talked about trick or treating wherever she and Mary-Kate happened to be when they were growing up, but didn't reveal any plans for tonight - at least we know what she'll be dressed up as.

Ashlee Avoids a Direct Answer to Pregnancy Question

Ashlee Simpson stopped by TRL today with a smile on her face and an important line of questioning to address. She was there to promote Bittersweet World, but of course the issue on everyone's mind was the pregnancy rumor. While Pete's denial was more concrete, Ashlee was pretty vague about the whole thing. Maybe she's toying with us, or maybe there is more to the story. She said:

"I just think it's an inappropriate question to ask any woman...For me, that's something that I didn't ever want to respond to, because I think it's an inappropriate question...Some things, you want to keep personal, and I think that when people deny [reports that they're pregnant], it's probably because it's something they want to keep personal."

While she totally has a point, it still seems a leeeeetle bit odd that she won't respond with a simple no. I suppose only time will tell, but until then - has this settled it? Do you think she's not pregnant for sure?

UPDATE - People is now reporting that Ashlee is pregnant and planning to get married next month at a friend's house in La Jolla.

Bee Movie Buzzes into Berlin

Renée Zellweger and Jerry Seinfeld showed no sign of slowing down their bug love Friday with a stop in Berlin to premiere Bee Movie. This time around the duo went a bit more casual - Jerry in jeans and Renée covering up her tiny figure in basic black. She did however reveal her simple secrets to staying in great shape. She said, "I have a lifestyle. It involves keeping my sanity by going to the gym." Sounds like a great plan to us.

Lindsay's Not Ready To Leave Rehab Just Yet

Well lookey here. It's a healthier looking Lohan hiking and enjoying the simple things in life like stopping to smell the roses. Even though Lindsay seems to be able to come and go as she pleases from rehab, it sounds like she's actually taking her stint at Promises a little more seriously this time around. Dina has confirmed that she's extending her treatment again. She's also going to spend her birthday with her family, instead of having the wild Vegas extravaganza at PURE nightclub that she so famously told Ellen she was planning just a few months ago. We're all hoping that LL has finally come to her senses and changed her ways, but we're going to have to see it to believe it.
