We were promised a video of top comedians and actors re-creating iconic Star Wars scenes to raise awareness for the new line of Stand Up to Cancer t-shirts, and here it is in all its hilarious glory.

Watch the funny crew of Aziz Ansari, Zach Galifianakis, Bill Hader, Ed Helms, Ken Jeong, Jaime King, Seth Rogen, Andy Samberg, and Emma Stone, along with a cameo by Star Wars star Samuel L. Jackson, take turns as Luke, Leia, and Han.

Star Wars Stands Up to Cancer With New T-Shirts

Fresh off announcing a charity eBay auction, Star Wars is again partnering with Stand Up to Cancer with the release of Star Wars t-shirts ($25) and calling fans to "use The Force for good."

Hollywood stars Emma Stone, Bill Hader, and Ken Jeong showed off their geeky side in the tees to raise awareness, as all proceeds will benefit cancer research. A Star Wars tribute video, featuring the actors along with Zach Galifianakis, Seth Rogen, Andy Samberg, Samuel L. Jackson, and others is set for release tomorrow in promotion of the Stand Up to Cancer cause.

Gwyneth Paltrow, Sofia Vergara, and Ryan Seacrest Stand Up to Cancer Together

Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Bell, and Mandy Moore walked the red carpet on Friday before heading in to take their seats at the Stand Up 2 Cancer phone banks in LA. The hour-long telethon was broadcast on multiple major networks and streamed across the web, and the effort raised more than $100 million dollars for research in the fight against the disease. Modern Family's Sofia Vergara and mom-to-be Christina Applegate, both of whom battled cancer in the past, proudly modeled t-shirts that read "Survivor."

Gwyneth Paltrow arrived on the West Coast on Thursday, ready to add her support to the event after attending Fashion's Night Out in London last week. She caught up with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, while Rob Lowe joined Diane Lane. Cindy Crawford, and Chuck's Zachary Levi helped in collecting donations, and fresh-from-Mexico Ryan Seacrest also lent his star power to the cause. Contributions to the charity are still being accepted, and they're even open to making good use of Facebook credits!

Leaving an LA gym on Saturday, Jake Gyllenhaal sported a Stand Up to Cancer hoodie over his workout attire. It's not the first time we've seen celebrities supporting the charity, but what can you do to fight cancer when it seems like risks are lurking everywhere we turn?

Today, the Environmental Working Group released its nine tips for shielding yourself from environmental cancer risks. Environmental toxins play a far more significant role than you may realize, according to a new report from the President's Cancer Panel. Luckily, you can make a few small changes to your home and lifestyle to reduce your exposure to cancer-causing toxins. For the EWG's nine tips,

Filter your tap water.
Seal outdoor wooden decks and play sets.
Cut down on stain- and grease-proofing chemicals.
Stay safe in the sun.
Cut down on fatty meat and high-fat dairy products.
Eat EWG's Clean 15.
Cut your exposures to BPA.
Avoid carcinogens in cosmetics.

Still Standing Up to Cancer

Just over a week ago, all three major networks simultaneously broadcast Stand Up to Cancer. The organization has raised $100 million since its inception and the funds will go directly to funding research programs to fight this deadly disease. Documentary film maker Errol Morris made this three minute video that captures surprising and surprisingly moving moments about how cancer has affected people's lives.

Maybe Lance Armstrong's return to bike racing will help raise even more funds for cancer research, but you can still donate to the cause at the Stand Up to Cancer website. Having friends and family that have succumbed to this disease, I can't watch this clip without crying. How about you? If you feel up to it, please share how cancer has affected your life.
