The Departed Gets Banned in China
Leo looks absolutely yummy at the Tokyo premiere of The Departed. While the film will no doubt do well in Japan, another country is banning it all together. China Film group, China's state-run film importer has deemed the Hollywood hit unsuitable for Chinese audiences, but didn't give a reason why.
Leo Says Scorsese Needs an Oscar - Now!
Leo may have danced the night away after the Golden Globes but now he's back to business while promoting The Departed in Japan. The double nominated actor didn't win a globe but at a press conference in Tokyo he seemed more concerned about Martin Scorsese. The director of films like Taxi Driver and Raging Bull has yet to receive an Oscar for any of his work.
Marky Mark Is a Straight Shooter
Mark Wahlberg participated in the celebrity Mercedes-Benz Pro-Am tournament in Maui this week. He must be celebrating his SAG Award nomination today (along with his castmates) for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. He was phenomenal in the film, the only problem was, there wasn't enough of him in it.

Babel's Big at the Golden Globe Nominations
The Golden Globe nominations were announced this morning by Rosario Dawson, Jessica Biel and Matthew Perry. Brad's latest film Babel is the big leader scoring 7 nominations. We were of course pleased to see Leo on the list but he will be competing with himself for best actor in Blood Diamond and The Departed.

The Departed is opening this weekend, and is already being called one of the year's best movies. We were lucky enough to catch a sneak peek this week and couldn't agree more! The movie stars Leo, Jack Nicholson, Marky Mark, Martin Sheen, Alec Baldwin and one of our favorites, Matt Damon.

Before heading to her departing gate the singer stripped off her leather jacket to reveal the latest addition in her extensive neon bra collection. While Gwen is sticking with her new lingerie trend Kingston seems to be taking after Dad in the t-shirt and jeans department.
