Kate's Just Like One Of The (Wilson) Guys

Kate got to spend some quality time with all the Wilson Brothers at last night's LA premiere of the boys' latest collaboration, The Wendell Baker Story. Somehow we missed this one and checking out the preview it doesn't look like their best work. It took the Wilsons ten years to get it made though, so they must be happy to finally release their labor of love. Kate looks like she was getting along famously with her boyfriend's brothers at the event, and we all know how important that is. It sounds like Luke and Andrew are big fans of hers as well.

A few weeks ago, Luke declared himself a fan of Kate and Owen's relationship. Now Andrew has chimed in, saying "She's the world's most beautiful tomboy. We have these soccer games, and she's one of the best players out there, male or female. She's got a great sense of humor, really beautiful and fun to be around." Kate's always seemed pretty cool, so it doesn't surprise us that she's fun to hang out with. Now, if only these two would come back to SF so we can find out for ourselves!

Movie Preview: The Wendell Baker Story

It took nearly ten years for Luke Wilson to write and make The Wendell Baker Story, a 1970s-style comedy about an ex-con (Luke Wilson) determined to save a retirement hotel. So, with all that time put into it, you'd think the trailer would be less boring than it is. You'd also think the movie's official website would work, and that we'd be hearing about it more than a week before it comes out but apparently not.
