Charlize Struts Her Best Dressed Stuff
Charlize Theron took advantage of the warm weather in New York with a little plaid dress she wore on The View yesterday before joining her man Stuart and costars for a screening of Battle in Seattle. Charlize always manages to look fabulous from the red carpet to the beach, and her efforts earned her a spot as one of People's 10 Best Dressed Stars of 2008. While we're not sure if we agree with some of the other honorees, Charlize's style continues to impress us even after the results are in.
Busy Blake and Leighton Make Time For Gossip
Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, and the other gals of Gossip Girl were back on set yesterday morning in NYC. Despite the early hour and her crazy-looking hairdo, Blake still managed to look gorgeous as she played with her puppy Penny and posed for photos with fans. The show's cast, guys included, has been extra busy lately after their whirlwind trip to LA for last weekend's Teen Choice Awards — though Blake gets extra credit for pulling double duty, promoting Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.
Gossip's Blonde and Beautiful Actresses Are Plus One
The set of Gossip Girl was all blondes in white today as they continued their high class Hamptons filming. Blake Lively and Taylor Momsen looked gorgeous in their dresses, and it looks like a new Upper East-sider is joining them: real life NYC socialite Tinsley Mortimer was spotted on set, glammed up and fitting right in. Fresh faces are always fun, but we wouldn't mind seeing a couple of new boys to spice things up as well.
Karl and Cleo Party Down on Halloween
Roberto Cavalli threw a big Halloween party for all his friends at Cipriani in NYC last night, bringing out some excellent costumes on beautiful people. Cavalli hilariously dressed up as Karl Lagerfeld, though I must say that he's got nothing on our Karl. Fresh off becoming the newest member to the outing Jennifer Lopez as pregnant club, Roberto seemed to be in joyous spirits throwing his soirée.

Yesterday at New York Fashion Week some familiar front row faces hit the tents joined by newcomers to catch all the different shows. Jessica Alba looked glamorous even without baby Honor alongside Claire Danes and Julianna Margulies at Narciso Rodriguez, while Kelly Osbourne was full of smiles at Betsey Johnson. Natalie Portman went from the courts to the runways hitting up Derek Lam and was also spotted at Rodarte.

In the past few years she's earned a bit of a reputation for choosing roles that hide her beauty, and her newest film fits right in with the trend. According to the actress, her character's appearances don't have any impact on how she picks her parts, saying,
