Fright Night Trailer: Colin Farrell Takes a Bite Out of Teens

Colin Farrell showed up paunchy and bald in the recent Horrible Bosses trailer, but in the preview for Fright Night he's looking a whole lot better . . . even though he may be dead. In the remake of the '80s horror flick, Farrell plays a vampire named Jerry (Jerry? Not the sexiest bloodsucker name, but OK) who moves in next door to Charley (Anton Yelchin), a high school student who's too busy thinking about his girlfriend to notice that some of his classmates are disappearing.

He's forced to take notice by his friend Ed (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), and pretty soon Jerry has his teeth pointed at Charley, his girlfriend, and Charley's mom (Toni Collette). Charley then suits up as a vampire slayer to go head-to-head against Jerry and protect everyone from the new vampire in town. Fright Night is just the latest movie to capitalize on the sizzling hotness of vampires, but this actually looks like clever and cool - if anything, the Jerry/Charley showdown will be a fun fight to the finish. We're just one week away from this year's Emmy telecast, which also means that we're closing in on some of the biggest awards in my Emmy breakdowns. Check out who your fellow readers think will take the award for the best lead actress in a comedy series, along with my thoughts on each leading lady. Who Should Win the Emmy For Best Lead Actress, Comedy?

The Primetime Emmys are coming up fast, but before the big night, I want you guys to tell me should win (be sure to test your knowledge of past winners with my new game). You've been doing a great job so far and I've incorporated your feedback into my Emmy breakdowns.

Now I want you take aim at the lead actress in a comedy category: which of these funny ladies deserves the statue? There's Glee star Lea Michele, a first-time nominee; Edie Falco, who's new to the comedy category but not Emmy nominations (she won the drama award three times for The Sopranos); and Amy Poehler, who's been up for supporting actress for Saturday Night Live, but this is her first time in the running for lead for Parks and Recreation. Julia Louis-Dreyfus has been nominated the last four years in a row, but this'll be her last chance to win for The New Adventures of Old Christine. The other rivals for the Emmy are Toni Collette and Tina Fey, who have each won the Emmy once for their respective series, The United States of Tara and 30 Rock. Who do you want to win? Sneak Peek at United States of Tara Season 2!

Just when you thought United States of Tara couldn't get any more complicated - one woman, four different personas - one of her alter-egos is getting a love interest. To give the quick rundown, there's T, the bratty overtly sexual teenager; Alice, the goody-goody 1950s housewife; Buck, a beer-swilling dude; and appearing briefly last season Gimme, an animalistic (urinating) embodiment of the id. And there's Tara, the woman with dissociative identity disorder at the middle of it.

So who finds love? From the looks of it, Buck is smitten with a bartender (played by Joey Lauren Adams!). Just one problem - Buck is actually Tara...who's actually married...to a man. Another unusual twist: Tara's gay son Marshall (aka "Moosh") is apparently trying to be straight. Really.

I'm pumped to see all the regular players return here - Rosemarie DeWitt as Tara's sister Charmaine, John Corbett as her husband Max, and of course, Toni Collette, who won both an Emmy and a Golden Globe for her portrayal. Add that to writer Diablo Cody's quirky brand of humor (and the introduction of a brand-new alter named Shoshanna), and this is sure to be yet another stellar - albeit, twisted - season. The Screen Actresses Get Glam For the SAGs Red Carpet

The ladies at Saturday night's SAG Awards took many different directions with their looks. A few actresses picked gowns that popped against the red carpet, with Diane Kruger leading the way as your pick for best dressed in a Jason Wu she said they created together. Anna Kendrick went with a bright purple Alberta Ferretti, while Glee's Lea Michele picked a green Catherine Malandrino. Carey Mulligan didn't end up taking home an Actor trophy for her work in An Education, but she still looked amazing in red Lanvin. Drew Barrymore and Christina Applegate picked different blue tones, in Monique Lhuillier and Roberto Cavalli respectively.

It wasn't all about-eye popping hues, though - the ladies of Nine kept things simple in black and white. Penelope Cruz picked a short number from L'Wren Scott, while Marion Cotillard also showed some leg in Elie Saab. Kate Hudson went long but showed off a lot of back in Pucci with nearly $2 million in diamonds! Jennifer Carpenter was in another short dress, hers by Paula Ke, to see her husband and Dexter costar, Michael C. Hall, take home an award. Dianna Agron stuck with the white theme in Georges Chakra, though Sandra Bullock went dark in her embellished Alexander McQueen - make sure to let us know what you thought of their looks with Fab and Bella's love it or leave it polls!

Get the Bod: Toni Collette

At this year's Golden Globes, Toni Collette received a statue to match her dress for her work in the Showtime series United States of Tara. Although some people questioned her victory, I was stoked. I've loved Toni since seeing her way back when in Muriel's Wedding, a role that she gained 40 pounds for.

I'm not going to lie - when I first saw Toni at the Golden Globes, I was a bit concerned. Her collar bones looked really prominent, and I was worried that she might be too skinny. Not so! After looking at old pics of Toni, it seems that regardless of her weight, Toni's trapezius muscles have always looked tight. If you check out the rest of Toni's body, she's looking fit and healthy. I wonder if she knows that the simple action of relaxing her shoulders will help this - something I Iearned in Pilates.

To hear about Toni's diet and fitness regimen,

Since my first experiences watching Toni were in Muriel's Wedding, I didn't realize then that she's one fit mama who normally keeps a pretty svelte frame. The star has always been big into exercising.

"It doesn't feel like punishment, but feels like it's good for me, and I actually enjoy it. So I've kind of made it more of a part of my everyday life and I eat really well. I work out, do cardio, like 45 minutes a day, and I have a trainer."

It's a good thing Toni loves exercising since Muriel's Wedding wasn't the only character she put on weight for. For her role opposite Cameron Diaz in the film In Her Shoes, Toni put on 24 pounds, which she then had to lose during filming. Given her love of Pilates, it wasn't too hard, and Toni admits that it's always been easy for her to lose weight. (Lucky gal!) Besides Pilates, she also loves Gyrotonic because it "holds me together and keeps me stronger."

When it comes to diet, the star keeps pretty silent except to say that she eats healthy. For times when she has needed to lose weight, Toni relies on a diet of no wheat, dairy, or white sugar and having protein shakes for dinner. Though not confirmed, it's rumored that the star follows a macrobiotic diet, which means she's sticking to all-natural whole foods. Talk about great discipline!
