Shia Takes Cover As Things Heat Up on Set

The LA set of Transformers experienced some real-life action yesterday when an accidental fire broke out in a house where Shia LaBeouf had been filming. The cast and crew stood out on the lawn while the fire department took care of the blaze, and Shia even took refuge underneath his shirt. Shia may be becoming a big-time action star, but he was probably content to leave yesterday's drama to trained professionals.

If Josh is feeling lonely promoting Transformers without the help of his co-stars, he sure is doing a great job of hiding it. Mr. Duhamel looked more than happy to be interviewed and sign autographs for his many screaming fans at the movie's premiere in Japan today. Even though Molly is over him, we still think Josh is pretty Manjoy-able! You just can't go wrong with a smile like that.

Josh Lures International Transformers Audience

Call me crazy, but I think I might be over Josh Duhamel. Now, he looks pretty typically smokin' here at a Tokyo press conference with Michael Bay -- and I do appreciate his Transformers vintage tee -- but he's beginning to seem a little boring. I mean, does his look ever, ever, change? Down to the smallest hair? You're right, I'm probably crazy. Transformers has been knocked down to the #4 spot at the American box office, but it's still powering on overseas. Unfortunately, Josh is the only star of the movie out doing press overseas. Granted, though, he's definitely enough to entice a female audience.

Transformers took the number one spot at the Box Office over the 4th of July weekend, breaking both the Tuesday box office record and the record for 7 day opening for a non-sequel. Congrats to some of our favorite boys! - BuzzSugar

Transformers Meets LA

Well, Hellooooooo Transformers. The pressure is high for the movie's wide release on July 3, but the stars of the film looked great at last night's premiere. Thankfully, it looks like Shia actually did get my hair memo. Meanwhile, Josh looked, uh, quite hot. Megan Fox continued to channel Angelina of yore, which is getting a bit old, but at least she's gorgeous. Can't wait until we all get to see this one next week. More than meets the eye.

Good news for all Shia LaBeouf fans - it appears his hair has responded well to Molly's letter! Shia's hair was looking much cuter this morning in NYC that we'll even let it slide that his sweater is clearly two sizes too big. He's making the rounds to get ready for the big premiere of Transformers next week. When asked what he would like to transform into, Shia said:

"I want to be Zac Efron so I can be in 'Hairspray.'"

Hmm, really Shia? We just have a few issues with this statement: first of all, clearly Shia missed the memo about everyone knowing he's going to be the bigger superstar of tomorrow. Secondly, it's definitely a little too soon for Shia to be making hair references - he only just recovered from last week's mishap. And thirdly, there's something about the vision of John Travolta singing and dancing alongside the tattooed, brooding Shia that doesn't jive with us - but I guess that's where the whole "transformation" would come in.

Dear Shia LaBeouf's Hair, How was the Transformers photocall in Madrid? It looks like a real gas! I'm super excited to see the movie when it comes out in the states July 3rd, but we have something to discuss before that big premiere. It's not me, it's you. (Also, your cardigan, but that's for another time.) The slicked back thing isn't working -- at all. It makes you look sleazy, skeevy and greasy, which are not good qualities when you are on your way to becoming the biggest movie star ever! Look how cute you were in smash hit Disturbia! Please, put down the hair product and walk away while you still can. Do it for the Even Stevens fans, SLB's hair. Do it for all of us who want to see you succeed and can't wait to see you alongside a slightly older Indiana Jones next summer. Hugs, Me

Shia A Little Unprepared for Super Stardom?

Shia LaBeouf looks a little surprised that the paps were waiting for him at LAX. The whole super star celebrity thing is a little new for him but he's going to have to get used to it. Disturbia was a big hit and Transformers is getting set to be even bigger. Producers have moved the release date up a day to July 3rd assumingly to increase box office sales. Until then, we can catch him at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday.

Here's a little Josh action for both sexes. The ladies like Josh because, well, he's hot and the guys are newly interested in him because he's in the new Transformers movie. Whenever I mention this film in public, I notice that guys everywhere perk up their ears. In the movie, Josh plays the captain of a special ops team who gets caught in the crossfire of an intergalactic war. The boys may be excited about the film, but we're just happy looking at Josh.
