Is the Victoria's Secret Catalog a Boy's Playboy?

Eat your heart out Hugh Hefner! It's a boy's dream to get an exclusive invite to the Playboy mansion, but watching the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is a reality. Though a subscription to the bunny mag arrives in discreet wrapping, a guy still has to order it. On the other hand, the lingerie catalog is readily accessible if mom gets it in the mail. An acquaintance recently found one in her tween son's room and wasn't sure how to broach the subject since looking at bras isn't a big deal. What's your opinion?

Marisa Miller on Fitness and Ice Cream

Flip through any Victoria's Secret catalog and you'll see Marisa Miller's gorgeous face and body gracing the pages. Marisa has always been one of my favorite models, I think it's because of the freckles, but it could be her amazing body, either way I was thrilled to see her on the cover of Fitness Magazine this month.
Miller opens up to Fitness about her, well, fitness. She also reveals her weakness, which will resonate with a lot of us. Here are highlights:

On why she exercises: “I’m comfortable with the curves I have. I like having a woman’s body . . . It’s not like I’m exercising to be skinny - I’m the girl who needs curves. I like my butt and boobs!”

Miller’s workout secrets: “I’ve tried everything. I love surfing: it’s spiritual and physical . . . I also like Spinning. It’s good toning for your rear and legs. I'll put in one of my favorite Guns N’ Roses music video DVDs and start pedaling. I find it’s so much easier to work out when I can distract myself with something visual.”

On her biggest dietary weakness: “Definitely ice cream.”

On what she stays away from-most of the time: “Processed stuff….Recently, I came back from a long trip and [my husband had] gone grocery shopping-which was nice, but it was all TV dinners and Cap’n Crunch. I said, ‘Honey, is there a fruit or vegetable anywhere in the house?’ And he’s like, ‘I got canned peaches!’ God bless him, but he doesn’t make it easy for me.”

Hot Hollywood came out to check out the latest lingerie from the Victoria's Secret gorgeous girls. The fashion show at Hollywood's Kodak Theater was clearly the place to be last night. Even Jason Biggs made an appearance. Where has he been lately? It's nice to see him out and about again - looks like he was being a jokester as usual. Even though the carpet was pink, clearly red was the popular color. Check out Nicole Richie and the lovely Kate Walsh in their red hot dresses.

For the sexy show, it was only appropriate that JT brought his SexyBack on the catwalk with the ladies. Stay tuned... more pics to come from Justin's performance soon. Meet Kate Upton, the Victoria's Secret model who's charged with bringing a healthier, more attainable body image to the lingerie brand. Just last week, model Candice Swanepoel was criticized for looking "shockingly thin" at an event (even though she's never exactly been on the heavy side), and other Angels have previously been known to cut out food groups and work out for two hours a day for months before the Victoria's Secret runway show.

These photos of Upton, an 18-year-old and former Sports Illustrated swimsuit-issue model, just came out this week, allegedly showing that Victoria's Secret can be for people with more realistic shapes. What do you think? Does it bring a change to the brand?

Miranda Kerr Talks Motherhood and Her Bombshell Status at a Victoria's Secret Soiree

Miranda Kerr looked lovely as she played host at a Victoria's Secret's Bombshell Beauty event held inside LA's Mondrian hotel yesterday afternoon. The supermodel and new mom rocked a blue suede minidress and heels by Balenciaga for the poolside party. We were on hand for the festivities and had a chance to talk to the Australian-born beauty. Miranda told us the one thing that really caught her off guard about motherhood was just how painful labor was! She also chatted about what a great dad Orlando Bloom is to their son, Flynn, and talked about keeping busy with her baby by her side. Miranda has been doing lots of traveling with the two men in her life lately. She headed to Paris to model for Balenciaga in March, looking better than ever less than two months after giving birth, then went to NYC with Orlando late last month for the Tribeca Film Festival and Met Ball. Miranda has been busy with her duties as a spokesperson, but she said she and Orlando plan to take a getaway to her native country for a fun vacation soon. Andrej Pejic on Getting a Sex Change For Victoria's Secret Contract

- Androgynous model Andrej Pejic told reporters at Paris Fashion Week that he'd consider getting a sex change for the rare honor of a Victoria's Secret contract. Considering he's already walking in shows like Jean Paul Gaultier, he might not have to.

Adriana, Alessandra, & Candice Talk Bikini Shoots, Exotic Vacations, and Self Tanning at Ladies Luncheon For Victoria's Secret

Victoria's Secret models Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Candice Swanapoel unwound over a ladies luncheon at the Fig & Olive restaurant in LA yesterday after showing off some of the brand's latest bikinis for the press in the morning. Candice swapped her swimsuit for an Isabel Marant dress, while Alessandra sported Stella McCartney. The fun continued for Adriana, Ale, and Candice afterward at a bash with Miranda Kerr, but first they shared with us all about their self-tanning secrets, favorite vacation spots, and why those catalog cover shoots aren't always as glamorous as they're cracked up to be! They said:

Candice on where they shot this year's catalog: "Turks & Caicos, St. Barts, and Anguila. Anguila was amazing because we shot the stringkini in this cave. The photographer, Russell, he kind of pushes us to do cool stuff. And you're scared, but it's amazing. Some of the camera guys swam under [the rocks]. I didn't. I was scared because [the tide] was pulling. I had to do my own hair and makeup, and stand on a rock like, 'Ahh!', because the makeup team didn't want to get near. I was holding on to one of the assistants, because of the waves, to stay up."
Adriana on her favorite way to get a Summer glow: "I like self tanning. I like it. First, you know, you protect your skin and you're not so exposed. Second, with self-tanner you have control. Sometimes you like the darker hues or lighter, or you can just focus on different parts of your body."
Adriana on whether she's had self-tanning disasters: "No! I'm really careful. Maybe because I'm Brazilian I'm a tanning expert!"
Candice on her skin secrets: "A light microdermabrasion gets all the dirt and everything from traveling. [Skin] gets so dry and irritated in the air. But the best thing is to go to Brazil for a week each month. [Laughs] I also have this rosewater spray. It's so calming. When your face is rubbed a lot and you take your makeup off a lot, it's great."
Alessandra on her favorite tropical getaway: "I love St. Barts. St. Barts really glamorous. You have everything, you can shop there, you can go to the beach and there's empty places. And the food is amazing, because it's French food. It's my favorite spot in the Caribbean."
Adriana on her family's Summer vacation plan: "Maybe Sicily. We haven't decided yet...I'll have all my bikinis lined up....I love the stringkini. Small! When you're in the sun, I don't like to have big tanning lines, I like them small. It's not attractive."
