Amy Poehler and Will Arnett were dressed to the nines on the Emmy red carpet in LA today. She's a nominee tonight for her work on Saturday Night Live, and she's also out to support her show Parks and Recreation. Vote on Amy's look and all the other red-carpet choices with Fab and Bella's live love it or leave it polls.

Jason and Mila Screen Extract With Funny People, but No Ben

Jason Bateman and Mila Kunis hit the red carpet last night at the LA premiere of Extract. Their costar Ben Affleck wasn't around due to his work commitments in Boston, but Mila and Jason were joined by Will Arnett, Amy Poehler, and Simon Pegg. 90210's Jessica Stroup skipped out on the Nylon party her castmates were at to attend the screening. The film hits theaters Sept. 4, and after Buzz posted the preview a few months ago we're curious to see more.

Amy, Will, Aziz, and Rashida Recreate and Celebrate

NBC's newest comedy, Parks and Recreation, debuted sandwiched between two episodes of The Office last night. Instead of staying home to watch the show's premiere, the stars took their minds off reviews and ratings to party away at My House club in Hollywood. Amy Poehler was hilarious as the heart of the show - she and Will Arnett left baby Archie at home for the night to celebrate. Aziz Anzari is my favorite part of the show already, while Rashida Jones is sweet as ever. Anna Faris has her own movie coming out this weekend, Observe and Report - check out Buzz's review here - but she came to support her fiance Chris Pratt. I'm clearly already on the P and R train, but are you loving it yet?

Reese Celebrates Her Birthday With Monster and Aliens

Birthday girl Reese Witherspoon struck a serious pose on the blue carpet Sunday afternoon at the LA premiere of Monsters vs. Aliens. She then got a little sillier doing her best Mr. Spock Vulcan greeting while wearing a sexy, short Rodarte dress, hot off the runway. Costars Kiefer Sutherland, Hugh Laurie, Seth Rogen and Will Arnett with wife Amy Poehler all joined Reese at the event. Paul Rudd, who is also in the film, flashed a big smile, and considering his film, I Love You, Man, came in second at the box office this weekend he has plenty of reasons to be thrilled. Looks like it will be a good month for him.

Bateman and Arnett Are Back, Animated and Still Developing

Jason Bateman and Will Arnett are back together on a new show, only we won't be seeing much of them at all. The animated show, Sit Down, Shut Up, based on an Australian program premieres this spring and reunites a whole lot of Arrested Development cast, writers and producers. Of course, talks at their TCA lunch immediately went to the AD movie - which is apparently Valkyrie meets Hotel for Dogs, hilarious. Jason Bateman and Will Arnett kept the whole room laughing trading jabs and with barely a serious sentence uttered. The rest of the cast, including Kristin Chenoweth, Cheri Oteri and Nick Kroll kept right up. If the show is anything like the panel, the fans will be happy. Here are a few highlights:

Jason Bateman on doing voice over work: "It frees up a lot of time for me. It takes about 45 minutes to snap this bad boy off. . . No, doing voice over work takes a lot of work - not a badger tail like Arnett, not a lick-n-stick. It is not easy for me. I keep anticipating a pink slip every time we do one of these things. I'm happy to be here, I don’t know how much longer I will be here. Not like Velvet Pipes here [at Arnett]."
Will Arnett: "It’s a different experience you’re in a room by yourself not with the other actors. Kind of doing it in a vacuum. You can read a scene all the way through and then you can go back and immediately run through it again and completely reinterpret the scene so its very freeing."
Nick Kroll: "Actually, we all work together it's just you who doesn't."
Will Arnett: "Is it fun?"
Nick Kroll: "We have a great time."

Costar Tom Kenny joked that Will and Jason have been "really good about autographs, we don't ask for them, they just sign stuff and give it to us" before the Development alums got into a lengthy discussion about why the show never caught on and how the Nielsen system didn't work in their favor at the time. Clearly still something they're thinking about, as are all the devotees who will get a special treat when this show hits the screen.

It's a Boy For Amy Poehler and Will Arnett!

TMZ reports that Amy Poehler and Will Arnett welcomed a baby boy this afternoon. We're still waiting on a name for the little one and more details. Unfortunately this means we'll be missing funny Amy on SNL tonight, but congrats to the new parents!

Update: Amy and Will named their son Archie. Their rep reports all are healthy and resting comfortably.

Baby Mama Brings Out Comedic Heavy Hitters

It was quite the little SNL reunion at last night's Tribeca Film Festival premiere of Baby Mama. The movie's leading ladies, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler were joined with late night alums like Jimmy Fallon, Rachel Dratch, Chris Kattan, Molly Shannon, not to mention the producer Mr. Lorne Michaels himself. Hey, anywhere Steve Martin and Will Arnett party looks fun to me. I can't wait to see this one and it sounds like you're all on the same page. In the meantime, check out (lucky!) Lil's interview with hilarious Amy and Tina - I especially love the mini power suits and possible baby names - as well as the movie's director/writer Michael McCullers. Love those ladies.

Who-ville Hits Hollywood With Horton Premiere

Hollywood seems to have Horton Hears A Who fever and I'm thinking it's contagious. Jim Carrey had Jenny, Evan and his daughter Jane all by his side at the big orange carpet premiere of the movie on Saturday. Steve Carell and Will Arnett showed off their cheesiest smiles while Brooke Shields had her whole family along to enjoy the fun. Things got a little touchy after the screening when a group of pro-lifers infiltrated the premiere with their rally. I'm sure the celebrities in attendance, including Victoria and Cruz Beckham who skipped the red carpet, didn't quite know what to do with that. Maybe a trip to IHOP for some green eggs and ham was in order? I have high hopes for the big screen adaptation of this beloved Dr. Seuss story - anyone else think this movie might actually live up to the book?

Amy Shows Archie Around the City

Amy Poehler stepped out in NYC yesterday to take her new baby boy out for a stroll. Archie turns one month old today, but his parents are already back out on the scene and looking fabulous. Amy's got plenty of projects on her hands from her web series to her upcoming TV show, but it looks like right now she's happy with her biggest task at hand - being a new mom.
