Michelle Williams got to play serious and sexy for her latest spread for Wonderland Magazine. She did the interview before her painful month, but since then Michelle has been back to work and ready to promote her new projects. The star has always valued her privacy, but in the article she comes clean about everything from Dawson's Creek to her insecurities to being a mom to Matilda. Here are highlights:

On the most extravagant thing she's ever bought: "Probably my house. Is that an extravagance? I used to collect rare books. My prized book is a really beautiful unbound Shakespeare, which never made it to the publishers. I used to buy them to commemorate a job but I haven’t done it in a while. I have a penchant for Victorian jewelery now so I’m always on eBay. I’ve had to cool down because it got out of hand. I was setting my alarm for three in the morning to bid."
On whether or not she uses acting to get attention: "It’s a generalization but actors are either extroverts or introverts, it’s true. I’ve been thinking a lot recently about why I act because I think of myself as more of an introvert. I embarrass easily. I have such problems with people looking at me. So I think, ‘Why do I do this to myself? Why do I do something so public?’ But I never expected it to be this public. It does seem like a funny choice for somebody who doesn’t really like attention."

On Katie Holmes' wedding: "Everybody wants to know that. No, I didn’t go because I was working on The Tourist. To be honest, we’re not really in touch."
On being a workaholic: "Sometimes I wonder but I’m very happy at home just reading a book or pottering about. I love domestic life. I’m really my mother’s daughter. I like needlepoint, folding laundry and baking bread. I can be happy doing that stuff for a long time. But right now the work is so good and the opportunities are so remarkable - they’re what I’ve always hoped for - that it’s hard to pass up. You always wonder how long the good roles will keep coming."

While a lot has changed since Michelle did this interview, it's interesting to see her open up and bare her soul despite her insecurities. As for her losing touch with Katie, we can't say we're surprised - they seem so different now, but perhaps the recently reconnected moms will arrange a Matilda/Suri play date.

Lindsay is Back to a Working Girl

Lindsay is reportedly enjoying her vacation at Wonderland and the way she does rehab, well who wouldn't love it. LL is taking hikes, lunching on Robertson and grocery shopping. Sounds so normal and yet I was under the assumption that rehab meant being more secluded to make sure you were staying clean. Now LL is all ready to get back to work on the set of I Know Who Killed Me. Apparently she will start filming again today. People reports:

"People were getting a bit antsy about what the status was, so it's pretty thrilling," says the source. "As soon as Lindsay was cleared, they started everything back up again."

The source added that Lohan was likely to resume a full workload, which a rep for the movie described earlier as 13-14 hours a day. "As far as I know, she'll be back on schedule and working a full day," said the source.

We're so glad that LL has decided to seek help. Let's just hope she sticks with it while back on the set and working those long hours! Lots more pics of LL with groceries and going for a little jog, so just read more

Johnny and Tim Bring Alice to Comic-Con

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner aren't the only ones making fans scream at Comic-Con - Johnny Depp joined his Alice in Wonderland director Tim Burton earlier today for a press conference at the convention center in San Diego. While Johnny might be inching close to nabbing his dream role of playing Carrol Channing, this morning was all about their upcoming film. They just released teaser trailer for the movie, but it won't be hitting screens until next year.

Johnny, Mary-Kate, and Ashleys Celebrate Tim Burton!

Tim Burton was the man of the hour at the MoMA exhibit paying tribute to his amazing work and imagination in NYC yesterday. He had Helena Bonham Carter on one arm and his good friend Johnny Depp on the other as stars came out to celebrate Tim. With fans already excited for Alice in Wonderland, Tim's art lined the walls at the museum. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were among the attendees as was Ashley Greene who looked refreshed in an LBD despite a long week of New Moon promotion including Monday's big premiere. She looked amazing as usual - check out how to get her makeup look here - and made us smile on the red carpet with her adorable personality. Overall, Tim's big night at the MoMA lived up to his eccentric personality and amazing talent with an exhibit that his fans can now enjoy.

Johnny Depp Steps Out to Appreciate Art

Johnny Depp has been laying low as usual recently, but he smiled and posed at Frank Pictures Gallery where the work of artists Kellisimone Waits and Tiffany Trenda was being shown in Santa Monica on Sunday. Kellisimone's father, Tom Waits, is a friend of Johnny's and a costar in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. Johnny hit the stage to accept an award and hand one out to Keith Richards at last month's Scream Awards, but otherwise Depp's been hard at work on a handful of movies including the anticipated Alice in Wonderland - check out the awesome new poster for it here! He's also rumored to be taking on a new role in The Tourist that comes with a sexy costar, Angelina Jolie. No matter what Johnny's up to, he always keeps it interesting from his movie choices to his signature style.

White Rabbit Nicole Brings Tinkerbell Harlow Out on Halloween!

Nicole Richie made for a cute White Rabbit as she brought Tinkerbell Harlow to a Halloween party on Saturday. With Joel off in Australia performing with Benji, Nicole was on holiday duty with their two kids, though Sparrow didn't get dressed up for the festivities with his mom and sister. Nicole had said that she wanted Harlow to dress up as a character from Alice in Wonderland as well, but the two-year-old had her heart set on Tinkerbell. While Nicole's costume was perfectly coordinated, we still couldn't help but notice what looks like a diamond band on her ring finger. Joel denied the rumors that they secretly tied the knot earlier this month, so perhaps she's just wearing it to signify their commitment.

Nicole, Joel and Harlow Get Ready For Sparrow's First Halloween

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden brought Harlow out to pick pumpkins yesterday in LA. This Halloween will be a special one for the family, as it's their very first with baby Sparrow - ICYMI, check out his debut! Nicole is apparently aiming for an Alice in Wonderland-themed holiday, though she recently joked about dressing Sparrow like a mummy, saying, "I will wrap him up in toilet paper and make him a little mummy. Eva Longoria Supports Her Friends and Helps Fight Cancer

Eva Longoria was a busy girl, bouncing from one event to another in LA over the weekend. On Saturday she accepted a $200,000 donation from AT&T benefiting PADRES, an organization she's involved in that helps Hispanic families fighting against cancer. Yesterday she joined her Desperate Housewives costars to support Felicity Huffman's new film, Phoebe in Wonderland. Meanwhile, things are heating up for Gaby on Wisteria Lane as we get ready to see some kissing between two of the women when the show returns.

Is a Tabloid Spy Tainting Lindsay's Wonderland?!

We know LL is working hard on her rehab recovery, but it's an unfortunate coincidence for Linds that someone on staff at Wonderland happens to also be a gossip writer. It's good news for us since we know we can't go one week without knowing LL's whereabouts. Apparently all are aware about this conflict of interest, but boundaries are set to maintain privacy. R&M reports:

Cathy Griffin, the media rep for the Wonderland Center, where Lohan is a patient, is N.Y. Post gossip columnist Liz Smith's Hollywood rep. Griffin also writes for People and L.A. Confidential, as well as publications in Australia and Britain like Hello! magazine.

Asked about the possible conflict of interest, the center's executive director, Dr. Howard Samuels, told us, "We have a confidential facility. Anybody that leaks anything about anyone is automatically fired." But did he know of Griffin's résumé when he hired her? "I hired the person," said Samuels. "I hire people I can trust."

Griffin herself confirms her dedication to the center's strict policies and adds, "I still work for Liz Smith, and she's aware of my associations. I'm very clear on where all the professional boundaries are."

Sounds a little fishy to us, but as long as LL is working on getting better and concentrating on her career then who cares if Cathy is telling Liz what a wonderful facility Wonderland is for Lindsay.

Dina Says LL is Wonderful in Wonderland

How about we break up all the Grammy posts with a little LL? It seems as if her hard work in rehab is evidently paying off. She has been at Wonderland for less than a month but we know Dina loves to see her name in headlines so she is kind enough to give us an update on LL's progress. Dina said,: "She's amazing. She's great and she's happy. She's in a really good space right now." Of course, this isn't the first time we have heard Dina saying this. Either way, it's obvious that LL is getting a lot of positive reinforcement at Wonderland and outside the facility. This weekend she went to an AA meeting in West Hollywood where she got a big hug from one of her friends/possible fellow AAer. Keep up the good work Linds!
