Gwen, Gavin, Zuma, and Kingston Split Their Weekend Between Parties and the Park

The Stefani-Rossdale family kept to a busy schedule this weekend with plenty of time allotted for outdoor activities. Gwen and Gavin took their sons, Kingston and Zuma, to a birthday party on Saturday. Yesterday they all went to the Malibu Country Mart to check out the playground, and later visited the Troutdale ponds for some fishing. The superstar parents have spent most of the new year close to home while Gwen keeps working on new music with No Doubt, and Gavin enjoyed a short break from touring. He resumes playing hits from Bush's new album, The Sea of Memories, this Friday when the band stops by The Tonight Show to perform their latest single, Baby Come Home. Gavin resumes touring next month on Feb. 14 in Taipei, Taiwan, while Gwen could be planning a trip to the Big Apple for this year's Fashion Week. The Fall L.A.M.B. collection is schedule to hit the catwalk on Feb. 11, however, last season Gwen missed the show due to studio and family commitments on the West Coast.

Gavin, Kingston, and Zuma Celebrate Harlow's Birthday With More Celebrity Kids

Nicole Richie's daughter, Harlow Madden, had a star-studded birthday bash in LA yesterday. They celebrated at the children's play space, The Coop, where Ashlee Simpson's son Bronx partied for his big day last year. Gavin Rossdale brought Kingston and Zuma along for the fun event and Tobey Maguire's wife, Jennifer Meyer, arrived with kids Ruby and Otis.

Harlow actually turned four last week, but its been a busy month so far for the Richie-Madden family. Nicole attended the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday and promoted her new reality series, Fashion Star, at the TCAs in Pasadena last weekend. Nicole and Joel didn't miss their daughter's big day, though, since they honored Harlow on Twitter. Nicole joked, "In case your'e wondering if I had my child born on the same day as Mary J. Blige on purpose, the answer is H*LL TO THE YES" while Joel wrote "Happy Birthday to my little girl. I'm so proud of her. Life is good. :)"

Gwen and Gavin Show Love as Zuma and Kingston Let Loose

Gwen Stefani spent Saturday with her sons Zuma and Kingston in LA. Along with dad Gavin Rossdale, the family checked out LA's Little Tokyo, then moved on for some outdoor time at a park. While Zuma and Kingston climbed rocks and explored a jungle gym, Gwen and Gavin cozied up for some PDA on a bench. The past few weeks have been extra fun for Kingston and Zuma, who've enjoyed trips to the zoo, the Underwood Family Farm, and of course, the holidays with grandparents. Gwen Stefani's laid-back style has been on display throughout it all, and she channeled her good taste into her latest Harajuku Mini line for Target.

The Stefani-Rossdales Have Some Holiday Fun on the Farm

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale spent their New Year's Eve playing in the sunshine with Kingston and Zuma. The family of four headed to Underwood Family Farms, where they picked up some kettle corn for the kids and coffee for the grown-ups. Gwen and Gavin got in on the playground fun, but also spent some time watching their two boys enjoy themselves as they cuddled on a nearby bench.

The foursome reunited in LA for the holidays after a busy year, during which Gavin toured with his reunited band Bush while Gwen, Kingston, and Zuma made London a temporary home base. The whole family was back in LA in time for Thanksgiving with Gwen's parents, and since then, have been spotted shopping, dining out, and even making a trip to the zoo together. Next year promises to be another 12 months full of milestones for the Stefani-Rossdales, with Gwen's long-anticipated album with No Doubt expected to finally hit the shelves.

On Friday, Gwen took the boys for a holiday train ride at Griffith Park, and on Saturday, the whole family was together to pay a visit to the zoo. Kingston and Zuma checked out the animals while Gwen and Gavin snapped a romantic photo of themselves on his phone. It's not much of a Winter wonderland in Sunny LA, but the Stefani-Rossdales are still great at getting in the spirit in their red and green outfits.

Gwen Stefani had a busy weekend around LA with her boys Kingston and Zuma. The two stylish kids were decked out in elaborate outerwear and plaid pants for a visit to Gwen's parents' house on Saturday, but on Sunday, she left them at home to take care of some present shopping on her own at Sanrio. She did take a break from her shopping for a glamorous red carpet last week when Gwen supported friend Angelina Jolie at the LA premiere of In the Land of Blood and Honey. The group has two shows left until it takes a break for the holidays, which means Gavin should have plenty of time to spend with his family this season.

Gavin's not the only one juggling work since Gwen has business to take care of as well. She spent last week in the studio with No Doubt and also has her design obligations to tend to.
