George Clooney Teaches Italy About American Thanksgiving
George Clooney was hard at work on the set of his film The American outside of Rome on Wednesday. He was bright-eyed and joking around with the crew despite a fun night out the evening before, when he enjoyed a date with girlfriend Elisabetta. It looks like George is spending Thanksgiving in his adopted Italian homeland, but he has loved ones around to keep him company during the holiday.
Kate and Ryder Are on Cloud Nine After the Circus
Kate Hudson brought Ryder out in Santa Monica last night to take in a performance from Cirque du Soleil. Despite Kate's hectic schedule promoting Nine, she's had lots of time to spend with her son during their trip to California. Britney Spears took a break from her performance schedule in London last Friday to spend an afternoon outdoors with her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston and her boyfriend/agent Jason Trawick. You guys think that Britney dating her agent sounds like a good idea, and their relationship seems to be working out both personally and professionally — she just added more North American dates and an Australian leg to her Circus tour. Judging from these sweet photos, Jason looks like a great addition to Britney's playdate in the park with her boys.

Usher Heads to South America to Be by Tameka's Side
Usher was spotted leaving a hospital in Brazil on Saturday, where he has been since rushing to be by his wife Tameka Foster's side. Earlier this month, Tameka suffered a heart attack right before she was going to undergo a liposuction procedure in the South American country. Usher was spotted on his way back to the states on Monday, but perhaps spending Valentine's Day together helped raise Tameka's spirits as she continues to recover and hopefully is able to return home to her family soon.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes continued to tour Brazil with Suri yesterday after spending their weekend around Rio. They spent the afternoon on a private island owned by their plastic-surgeon friend Dr. Ivo Pitanguy, making time to stop and feed some ducks.
George Takes His Big Heart to Germany
George Clooney was in Berlin on Saturday night, chatting with Santa and flirting with the ladies at the "A Heart for Children" charity gala before heading to dinner with friends. He had been set to receive an award at the event for his work towards calming tensions in Darfur, but George decided to pass the honor on to aid workers in the region. While in Germany, he sat down with the country's newspaper Bild to chat about his family, friends, and why he felt undeserving of the accolades.
