Jenny McCarthy was on The View this morning talking some serious and not so serious topics. First she dished on American Idol (she's a Blake fan - her boyfriend Jim is a Jordin fan) and then she opened up about her son's Autism. Jenny has already written two bestselling books about pregnancy and motherhood and she revealed today that she is working on a new book about autism in children.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt brought their smiles over to the annual Austim Speaks Acts of Love Celebration in LA last night as they continue to support charities with their publicity-happy PDA. Up until now, Lauren's the only Hills star with TV guest spots, but now Heidi and Spencer are invading one of our favorite shows. The duo will star in a January episode of How I Met Your Mother, which they'll film this week.

Jenny McCarthy and her main man Evan spent some time getting pizza with his dad John Asher in LA over the weekend. Jenny's opened up to the world recently about her son, her relationship with Jim and how much she wants to educate the world as much as she can about autism. Now, she's talking to her hometown Chicago Tribune on writing the book about Evan's autism and what's next on her agenda.

Jenny McCarthy took her fab blue bag out for a walk in LA yesterday, with a stop over at Whole Foods. That big smile on her face shows that not only are things going great with the men in her life, Jim and Evan, but she's still working hard for her causes, despite an ongoing debate with Amanda Peet. This Saturday she'll guest star on Saturday Night Main Event to help spread Autism awareness, and she has a fundraiser with Lance Armstrong lined up for October as well.

Britney Spears slipped into a sexy LBD and hit the blue carpet with a smile on Saturday night at the Generation Rescue Event hosted by Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy. The pop star apparently sipped on red wine, looked happy and expressed interest in the information about autism Jim and Jenny presented through the night. Friday's big news about settling her custody dispute with Kevin — even though she now owes him $20,000 per month in child support — must have put Britney in a good enough mood to want to hit the town and hang out with some celebrity friends.

Jim Carrey, Jenny McCarthy and little Evan were front and center in Washington, DC today for the Green Our Vaccines march. The loving couple and their adorable boy were out to support the cause which campaigns for further research into possible correlations between vaccines and autism, something near to their hearts since Evan was diagnosed with the developmental disorder. At the rally Jim spoke:
- On Evan: "He taught me how to love.

Adam Sandler's little daughter Sadie is certainly the spitting image of daddy and getting cuter by the day. The duo spent their Saturday grabbing some lunch together in Brentwood. While You Don't Mess With the Zohan and his newly announced Apatow project might be a little too mature for Sadie just yet, maybe his whimsical gumball rainstorm movie Bedtime Stories will be more up her alley.

We've always commended Jim and Jenny for their matchy-matchy hairstyles, but they've changed up their looks and covered up those locks with helmets for a ride around LA this weekend. Jenny looks pretty adorable holding on tight on the back of Jim's bike, but it was Jim who got cute about his lady when he stopped by Oprah last week (the episode aired yesterday). The episode was shot on Valentine's Day, and Jim wasn't shy talking about Jenny, and the other loves in his life.

Z100's annual Jingle Ball took place in NYC on Friday night and Timbaland, Alicia Keys and Pete Wentz were just a few who took the stage to raise money for Autism Speaks. An adorable Chace Crawford and stylish Hayden Panettiere were also on hand, but all eyes were on Ashley Tisdale when she performed. This was the HS Musical star's first public appearance since her nose job a few weeks ago.
