Over the weekend Britney Spears spiced things up during her Circus stop in North Carolina when she actually sang live to cover Alanis Morisette's "You Oughta Know". She belted out the classic anthem in her skin tight leggings to the cheering crowd. Go Brit!
MK and A Are Black Belts at Jenni Kayne
Mary-Kate and Ashley weren't too worried about being top twinsies with their black belted outfits for the Jenni Kayne Store Opening on Friday night. I guess being life twinsies sort of rules matching clothes out in terms of importance. I wish I could see more of Ashley's blue shoes, but I am loving the color from what I see, not so sure about her ribbon-y bag.
Hugh Gives Rides, Belts It Out for Viva Laughlin
Hugh Jackman was an equal opportunity shoulder ride-giver in Sydney with his kids over the weekend. Ava and Oscar are utterly adorable getting the bird's eye view thanks to their strong daddy. Hugh is certainly enjoying his family time at home down under, but this evening he'll be belting it out on the TV.

Jennifer Aniston is still hard at work on The Bounty with Gerard Butler, but she's gearing up for a new project that's going to show off some different talents. Her upcoming film The Goree Girls, which we learned more about last week, is apparently a musical in which Jen will be singing and playing the guitar. So far she's stayed away from music in her movies, but she did belt out "Happy Birthday" to Alec Baldwin on 30 Rock.
Mariah's Live Performance — Totally Entertaining or Total Trainwreck?
Mariah Carey took the stage last night to perform her song "Obsessed" on America's Got Talent. Following an introduction by the show's host, her husband Nick Cannon, she took the spotlight to belt out the tune in a rendition that lacked her usual polish. The music seemed to slow and stop, and Mariah even looked a little befuddled at times.

Jennifer Lopez was back to work on The Back-Up Plan in NYC earlier today after a late one last night — the cast and crew of her film celebrated her 40th birthday with a big bash on set. Marc Anthony was there to cut a cake that featured J Lo's photo, which is a party trend that seems to be all the rage for celebs these days. Just because Jennifer has another year under her belt doesn't mean she's slowing down, as she's soon to launch a new perfume designed reflect her maturity.
Christina Aguilera Is Beautifully Charitable
Christina Aguilera was decked out in white yesterday to film a PSA in LA. She belted out her hit "Beautiful," which will be used in an upcoming spot for World Charity Relief. Christina, who has been laying low and spending time with her 17-month-old son Max, was recently appointed as one of the organization's celebrity ambassadors, which should bring her back into the spotlight a bit.
Kate and Jamie Join Beth to Party in a Major Way
Kate Moss and Jamie Hince got dressed up in London last night to toast Beth Ditto at the launch of her new plus-sized clothing line for the store Evans. Beth posed for photos with Philip Green, whose company Arcadia owns Evans, in addition to Topshop. Fresh off a quick trip to Paris, the night also apparently presented Kate with another opportunity to show off her singing skills, as she took the stage with Beth to belt out a karaoke rendition of "Major Tom."
