Beverly Hills Chihuahua Hits LA With Its Tail Wagging

Chihuahua lovers came together in LA last night at the premiere of Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Kate Beckinsale and Len Wiseman brought Lily Sheen to pose with two of the doggies who were the stars of the evening. I bet she went home asking for a new puppy. Jamie Lee Curtis and George Lopez also held the four-legged buddies before catching the fun-loving flick. Piper Perabo and Andy Garcia are two of the actors who are actually in the movie out to see the finished product before it hits theaters Oct. 3.

Mila Kicks Off Opening Weekend With a Whole Lot of Coffee

Mila Kunis stepped out in LA yesterday wearing stylish stripes and carrying coffee for three. She just finished filming Extract and is already assuring us that it's really funny, but this weekend is all about Max Payne. Buzz gave the film a decent review, but we'll have to wait and see if underrated Mila and Mark can kick the reigning champion Beverly Hills Chihuahua's butt at the box office.

Expect the Unexpected From Gorgeous Salma

Salma Hayek looked like one hot momma grabbing lunch with her manager in Hollywood yesterday. She's been looking spectacular recently and even without adorable Valentina in her arms, she's a breath of fresh air. Her next two movies, Beverly Hills Chihuahua and Cirque du Freak couldn't look more different, but that's just part of what makes Salma so incredible. We never know what to expect next, but she's made it clear she can accomplish pretty much anything.

Drew Barrymore didn't have her usual grin on at LAX yesterday - maybe because her constant companion Justin Long wasn't by her side. Sad face. While her cheeks get a break from that good kind of hurt for a moment, I'm sure they'll be back to kissy faces and hand holding soon enough. If their lovey dovey-ness is not enough to put a smile on your face, I gotta believe the poster for her upcoming movie, Beverly Hills Chihuahua (formerly known as South of the Border) will. Seriously, it's hilarious.

Piper Perabo Heads South of the Border

Piper Perabo played with a cute dog on the set of South of the Border in LA yesterday. We've loved Piper since the underrated Coyote Ugly (not to mention Cheaper by the Dozen) so another chance to have her on the big screen is a treat. This new movie sounds like wholesome fare - it's about a chihuahua from Beverly Hills who finds herself lost in Mexico. Drew Barrymore and Salma Hayek will voice the dogs while Piper and Jamie Lee Curtis are part of the live action portion. Sounds like a film PetSugar will be all over!

Drew Goes to the Dogs

Drew Barrymore was all about black and white the other day in LA. Even though her last couple of films haven't been blockbusters, she's still a hot commodity. In fact, she's just been cast as the lead voice in Disney's upcoming film South of the Border. She will be the voice of a pampered Beverly Hills Chihuahua who gets lost in Mexico and has to rely on the doggies she meets along the way to get back home. Sounds like a cute family film. Perhaps Drew learned a little from her BFF Cameron about the fabulous world of voice over work.
