Country Shines Bright and Taylor Cleans Up at the CMAs!
Last night we gave you a taste of the CMA Awards, and now here's the whole set! For the younger women, it was all about the shine on the red carpet from Taylor Swift's typical beautiful sparkly gown to Carrie Underwood's mirrored number. Carrie was one of the hosts of the night along with Brad Paisley, so once she stepped inside it was all about the costume changes for her.

PopSugar 100 Round 3 Spotlight: Beyonce vs. Carrie
Only the strong have survived our Pop 100 competition so far, and the matchups are only getting tougher as time goes on. Songbirds Beyonce and Carrie Underwood are head to head in round three, and Beyonce is in a lead though it's a tough call between the beautiful starlets. Beyonce had a big year that included her double album and recently scored a box office hit with Obsessed while Carrie Underwood continued to burn up the country music charts and won a Grammy.

It was all about the ladies on the red carpet at last night's People's Choice Awards in LA. Queen Latifah sparkled in purple as the host of the show, yet again, while Debra Messing kept it a little more geometric. Last night's Country Music Television Awards were more about glamor than sequins, but there was certainly still a lot of glitz and fun in the Nashville night. Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus hosted the evening which included a lot of costume changes for the starlet. Sexy Men and Sweethearts Sing Their Hearts Out
AMA winner Fergie opened the show last night with a medley of her latest and greatest hits. It was a strong start for a show that definitely included some memorable performances including glow in the dark dancer, Chris Brown and Rihanna who looked way better on stage than on the red carpet. Beyonce dressed down when she joined Sugarland for a duet of her hit Irreplaceable.
Fashion Meets Rock, Creates Fire
The stars looked g-l-a-m on the red carpet, but it all got a little more rock 'n' roll when they hit the stage last night at the Fashion Rocks concert (remember the magazine supplement with J Lo on the cover?), part of NY Fashion Week. The annual event is thrown by Conde Nast and accompanied by an online charity auction. At the show, Jeremy Piven was MC to, as usual, some awesome on stage combinations - Fergie performed with both Ludacris and Aerosmith while Usher sang alongside Mary J.
