Heidi Montag sported a characteristically low neckline in LA Thursday for a date night that was also being filmed for The Hills. It was a special evening out for the married couple, who have been busy promoting Heidi's "Body Language" single and seriously training their new maltipoo Dolly. They have another upcoming break to look forward to — Spencer twittered his excitement about celebrating her Playboy cover with a party at the famous mansion.

Diddy Turns 39 With Friends and a Special Gift From the US
Diddy's 39th birthday party at Mansion in New York last night was packed with his famous friends, and the celebration was doubly sweet after Barack Obama's Tuesday night win. The bday boy himself waved a patriotic American flag before mugging for the cameras with his buddy Jay-Z. While Beyonce found time to express her post-election patriotism, she'll be performing at the Europe MTV Awards tonight so the party was a no go.

Sienna and Balthazar Back Together and Grouchy About It
Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty celebrated their London reunion over the weekend with a night out at the Groucho club. The couple left in the wee hours and didn't look too happy about the paparazzi waiting outside as they made their way back to the hotel. By day, Sienna traveled with heavy security to go about her business while Balth stayed out of the public eye entirely.

She was out, walking the red carpet for the first time in months, at the Scandinavian Mansion Of Style party, along with her momentary BFF (one year ago right now in fact) Paris Hilton and Sharon Stone. Also by her side were current permanent fixtures Alli and Sam.

In case you somehow missed it, Britney Spears turned 26 yesterday with a Saturday night celebration at the Scandinavian Mansion Of Style that went straight until the wee hours of Sunday morning. Obviously it was enough fun to make Britney all cross-eyed with joy, and can you blame her? Girlfriend scored "a $4,000 pair of Barito shades, a $12,000 ring by Ole Lynggaard, $1,300 worth of clothes by Jaft, $2,500 in Casch clothing, $1,000 in GB hair products and $30,000 in furs from Berglund of Copenhagen."
