Sugar Bits — The Writers' Strike May Be Over Soon!
- The striking writers may be back at work on Monday, as studio heads and the Writers Guild are close to formalizing a new three-year contract. Some shows, like Grey's Anatomy and The Office, will probably return to air in the late Spring, while other more complicated production shows, like Heroes, will resume in the Fall. We can hardly contain our excitement!
Condensed Sugar: It's All About Babies, Baby
This week was a bonanza of baby news. J Lo finally announced her pregnancy, and Christina admitted the obvious as well when she talked about motherhood. Adding to the expecting mommies is Cate Blanchett who said that she's pregnant with her third child, but that didn't stop her from celebrating Armani in China.
Britney's Got a Brand New Ride
Chandelier shopping was not enough for Britney this week. The singer who has faced some seriously bad news and a break up anniversary over the past few days decided retail therapy was the best prescription to erase her problems. Forget new boots or more clothes, Britney stepped things up this time around.
Britney's Whirlwind Weekend
It was another busy weekend around LA for Britney Spears. She's not yet able to officially celebrate another number one album, but she did reward herself with a tanning session (shocking), Starbucks (of course), shopping for her boys, posing with fans and perusing chandeliers. SP and JJ were around for the last chore, but they waited in the car with the parenting coach while Brit looked at lighting.

Posh Isn't Cranky, But She Does Have Crazy Closet
While the biggest Victoria Beckham news of the day is obviously about The Spice Girls reunion, there are a few other tidbits about our favorite soon to be California girl. More importantly (okay, kinda) is this news about Posh's new LA closet. Rumor has it that she sunk $500,000 into the room, which features leather floors, a chandelier, and a 360 degree fashion "cat scan" machine that makes sure she can see her outfit from all angles before leaving the house.
Sugar Bits - The Matts Make Headlines
