Clive Owen was suited up last night for the NYC premiere of The Boys Are Back. He doesn't share the screen with any big names, but he was joined on the checkered carpet by Miramax's president, Daniel Battsek. The screening was co-hosted by Bon Appetit, and it brought out stars from the cooking world like Emeril Lagasse and former Top Chef contestant Fabio Viviani.

Janet Jackson sat down with Harper's Bazaar for her first interview since the death of her brother Michael earlier this Summer. It's been a challenging few months for Janet — in addition to the loss of Michael, she also parted ways with her longtime boyfriend, Jermaine Dupri. She took a break from filming Tyler Perry's new film and working on her next album to talk about Michael's passing, his children, and being newly single.

Today it was NBC's turn to show off its new programming at the TCAs in Pasadena. One of the first panels was for Joel McHale's new sitcom where he talked about juggling The Soup and Community saying, "I take a lot of uppers and downers," but also that he won't be able to watch as many clips and will probably miss out on his usual Brett Michaels reality TV fix. Chevy Chase talked about deciding to take the job saying, "I honestly think that films lately aren't as good as most of the stuff on TV."
