Britney's Taking Her Tour to Europe Far Away From Sam Lutfi

Britney Spears has been busily making her way around the country on her Circus tour and she's not ready to stop yet. Yesterday she announced that she will be taking it international this Summer with stops so far scheduled around Europe in June and July.

While Britney was performing in Chicago yesterday, one of her legal battles was being dealt with back in LA. The restraining order against Sam Lutfi and a lawyer who claimed to be Britney's attorney was extended for three more years. Hopefully this means good riddance to Sam once and for all, but he always seems to find a way to weasel himself back into her life.

Both stories are good news for Brit who continues to look fantastic up on stage in front of thousands of her fans almost every night.

Britney Spears had a surprise guest at her Long Island show last night - her friend Madonna came to see the Circus. This morning there's even more Spears excitement with the release of her new video for "If U Seek Amy." The song is already famous for its saucy hidden message, and the video plays up Brit's naughty side and nice exterior. Her rumored new boyfriend, manager Jason Trawick, who she vacationed with last May has to appreciate how smoking hot she looks. Britney Spears loves wigs, so it's no surprise to see her wearing one on Halloween, before returning to her routine on Saturday. Britney stopped at Starbucks with her cousin and former sidekick Laura Lynn Covington, who seems to be back on good terms. While Kevin got to spend time with their bumble bee boys for the holiday, Britney revealed details about her new album. The Circus cover art and tracklisting are after the jump as well as the news that the next single will be the title track "Circus." She'll be hitting the stage again soon and between her exercise regimen and another fragrance on the way it's beginning to look a lot like the season of Britney.

Britney Spears Keeps Her Head Up and Tour Going in Australia

Britney Spears spent her weekend in Australia after kicking off her Circus tour Friday in Perth. She headed out of her hotel in the city on Saturday, before she's off to make her way to Melbourne for Wednesday's performance. Things apparently got off to a rocky start, as a few government officials contemplated new lip-synching laws to make sure fans were getting their money's worth at her show. There were local reports that some fans were so mad about her lack of singing that they actually stormed out of the show, but Britney's manager went on Twitter to dismiss those stories as inaccurate journalism. Britney has other reasons to celebrate, since the hot video for "3" is number one on iTunes.

Britney Spears Greets the Morning With Tea Time

Britney Spears headed out of her Perth hotel this morning with a to-go teacup. She was on her way to do some final preparations for her show this evening, which is the first in the Australian leg of her Circus tour. Britney's set to be Down Under until the end of the month, when she'll wrap things up with a final concert in Adelaide on the Nov. 29. After a long but nice flight, it looks like Britney's ready to bring her dance moves back onstage. As for her singing, however, government officials are doing all they can to make sure she's not lip-synching.

She's in Australia gearing up for the final leg of her Circus tour, which kicks off tomorrow night at the city's Burswood Dome. Britney let her fans know how well her long flight went on her way Down Under, so now all that's left before her show is a little last-minute practice. Back home in LA, details about her conservatorship were just revealed - she apparently spent $1.32 million over the last seven months on fees to her lawyers alone.

Britney Spears arrived at LAX last night, headed to Australia for the final leg of her Circus tour that kicks off Friday in Perth. She spent her last weekend at home dining out with Sean Preston and Jayden James before Halloween. Britney and her sons weren't among the many famous faces we saw in costume, but we did see her dressed up - or as the case may be, down - to kick off the weekend with her new video for "3." She'll be able to perform those provocative moves on stage if she adds her new number into her lineup for the shows.

Britney and Her Boys Join the Wild Things at the Movies
