John Mayer had dinner with friends at Katsuya in Hollywood yesterday after his election night celebration with Jennifer Aniston and the Cox-Arquettes. As always, there are new rumors about Jen and John, this time saying they're trying to have twins. According to the story, Jen is taking fertility treatments to get pregnant before her 40th birthday, and John has been ordering books on parenting in preparation.
Who Has Britney's Best Interests in Mind?
Britney's parents Jamie and Lynne are supposedly headed to court today to voice their concerns about Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib's level of control over their daughter. If they can convince the court to create a conservatorship, they'll be able to control Britney's financial and medical decisions. On the other hand, Sam talked to Ryan Seacrest about how he feels that Britney's parents are just trying to get their hands on her money.
Restraining Order Claims Sam Drugged Britney
Last Friday, Britney's father Jamie filed a restraining order against Sam Lutfi on Brit's behalf and today the details of the court order were revealed. The list of allegations against Sam are terrifying and explosive, to say the least, much of it hinging around Lynne Spears' claim that he was feeding Britney drugs without her knowing it. TMZ has the full restraining order, including a litany of specific examples of ways that Sam has manipulated Britney by degrading her, drugging her and trying to control every aspect of her life.
Britney's Parents Worry For Her Safety
Britney's first night back out in LA was proof that the more things come out into the open, the more things stay the same for the pop tart. Following her afternoon of driving around and visiting the office of the lawyer that wants to remove her dad as conservator with Adnan, Britney and her boy checked into the Beverly Hills Hotel. Soon after, her parents released a statement to Anderson Cooper about the day's proceedings and Britney being allowed to leave the hospital.

The Miley Cyrus craziness hasn't slowed down just yet, the latest news being that her parents actually ducked out of the shoot before the photos in question were taken, and that Disney's plan for damage control is to keep Miley out of the limelight as much as possible for the next four to six months. She's already issued an apology for the photos, but it feels like the pop star has been a little too relaxed about keeping her image clean with incidents like talking about how much she loves Sex and the City and those somewhat racy photos in her bra that have been around the Internet.
