As we told you earlier, Britney's second stint in rehab was about the same length as her first -- under 24 hours. Since she left Promises early this morning, it seems like the entire city's worth of paparazzi are on the hunt for the star. After only a few MIA hours, Britney was spotted entering the office of Blair Berk, a civil defense lawyer who has boasted a roster of celebrity clients like Lindsay Lohan and Halle Berry.
Chris Brown Avoids Jail Time, Strikes Plea Bargain
Chris Brown arrived at court in LA earlier today to face a judge in his assault trial. He pled guilty in exchange for a plea bargain that will see Chris serve 180 days of community service, five years probation, and complete a domestic violence counseling program. If he meets those terms, no jail time will be required.
Chris Brown Releases an Official Statement
After shocking details regarding Chris Brown's assault on Rihanna slowly unfolded last week, including words from friends and family close to both parties, Chris is finally speaking up for himself. His spokesperson released an official statement earlier today on behalf of the singer. It reads,

Britney Spears spent her Tuesday afternoon on Robertson, picking up some items at Lisa Kline, but by night the pop star was back to getting some counseling from her Hollywood mentor, Mel Gibson. Britney Spears was seen in LA yesterday shopping for strollers and picking up some new glasses. She likes to hide behind shades, but perhaps she decided to adjust her lenses accordingly. This could explain why she has made some poor choices over the past few weeks.
