Well, today's the day. Britney's long anticipated new album Blackout has hit stores. In her personal life, things are looking up (deja vu) — she met with Kevin for a counseling session yesterday and the judge's custody ruling is expected as early as today.

Nicole showed off some sky-high wedges, a skull scarf and a white Valentino bag grabbing lunch at Joan's on 3rd. Most of you have warmed up to the idea of Nicole as a mom and yesterday she proved herself to be responsible once again. She signed up for her court ordered 18 month anti drinking-driver course, which includes classes, counseling and bi-weekly progress interviews.

Grandpa Martin Sheen said there was not way a reconciliation was going to happen, but IMDB reports that the couple are seeking counseling and trying to work something out for the sake of their children. Let's hope for the kids they can find love again.
