George Clooney Does the Usual on Letterman
George Clooney went black-on-black for his Letterman appearance last night and brought his endearingly dark humor right along with him. In typical Clooney fashion, the interview was two parts self-deprecating, three parts sardonic, and one part fawning over the interviewer. Naturally, he also told his favorite living close to Britney Spears story, along with talk of some recent dental adventures and crying on set — check it out after the jump.
The Only Thing LL Wants From LA Is Her Dentist
Like father like daughter both Lindsay and Michael are really consistent with their questionably flattering fashion decisions — on Linds it's the leggings and on Michael it's the tucked in turtlenecks. She seems to be happily enjoying the fall in Utah, but rumor has it she'll be returning to LA soon...but just for some dental work and then it's right back to Cirque for LL. While I can't blame Lindsay for wanting to stay in what's probably the most normal and stable place she's ever lived, hopefully she realizes that she can have her sober fun wherever she chooses to go when she gets out.
Why Is Britney In Hot Water With Child Services?
Britney smiled as she picked up some groceries in a fairly conservative LBD on Sunday night, but we can't imagine she's as happy today after learning that she is under child abuse investigation. The latest news is that the charges against Britney do not involve physical abuse of her boys, but are based on poor dental hygiene, eating and sleeping habits. We've seen her out lately with the boys and heard rumors of her trying to whiten their teeth, so these aren't exactly a surprise.
America's Teeth the Beautiful
America's beautiful pearly whites are really paying off -- she's just had her smile insured for $10 Million through Lloyd's of London. Aquafresh White Trays is sponsoring the insurance and will also donate $1 for every box of White Trays sold between now and August 31. All the money will go to Smiles for Success a program which provides dental care for women in need.
Bob Saget is Apparently Olsen-Teeth-Worthy Funny
The Olsen twinset was on-hand in New York last night at the premiere of their TV-father Bob Saget's new movie, Farce of the Penguins. Can you guess which recent blockbusters the movie spoofs? Rocket Science, people.
