Courteney Cox has been all over promoting the second season of Dirt lately, and last night she had some help from her friends and her man. David Arquette, Helen Hunt, and David Spade were all in the house for the season premiere in LA. Courteney & Coco's Lunch Break

Courteney Cox was back to work on the set of Dirt yesterday, but she managed to make time for the important things in life - food and family. Coco stopped by for a little lunch wearing her cute girlie pink dress. We still can't believe how big she is getting! Looks like she was paying close attention and taking it all in. If we're lucky, maybe she'll make a cameo appearance this season.

David & Courteney Really Really Like Il Sole

David and Courteney had a little date night at (where else?) Il Sole in LA last night. It's good to see that David's hair is growing in quickly after that Ripper debacle! Rumors of unrest follow these two everywhere they go, so it's always nice to see them out for a little one-on-one time. Good news for Dirt (and Courteney) fans, as expected the show has been renewed for another season! Yay for dysfunctional tabloid drama! I, for one, am extremely relieved that we'll get to see the outcome of that intense Season One cliffhanger!

Courteney Gets a Boost From Jen

Courteney was not thrilled to be caught out and about in LA this week. Looks like playing a tabloid editor hasn't changed her view of the paparazzi. The good news for CC is that Dirt scored high ratings when BFF Jen was on the season finale. The episode drew 2.4 million viewers, which is about 300,000 more than usual. The over-hyped kiss obviously did its job. Unfortunately, there's no word on whether that's enough to bring the show back for another season. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Courteney and Jennifer K-I-S-S-I-N-G

Last night was the highly anticipated, yet totally overrated, kiss between BFF and ex-Friends, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox. We know the kiss was for hype and in fact Cox even downplayed it to prepare us for the anticlimactic event. That said, we have been a fan of this show since the beginning and we hope it returns to see how things really end. It took a few episodes for us to warm up to this show but it's interesting and definitely makes you think about the juicy dirt we read each week in our favorite magazines. Anyway, in case you missed it, enjoy the lip lock between two great looking friends.

Courteney and Lisa Chaperone Jennifer's Maybe-Date

Courteney, Jennifer and Lisa (Monica! Rachel! Phoebe!) all dined at their old haunt, Il Sole, last night, but only two of them were there together. According to ExtraTV, Jennifer was eating with a mystery man just three tables away from her friends. Unfortunately, Jen escaped out the back entrance before any photographers could catch her. So sneaky, that one. It's too bad that she didn't eat at the restaurant with her Friends (with a capital F), because it would have been the perfect picture precursor to tonight's big Aniston-Cox Kiss Dirt Finale. Even so, I'm totally going to be watching (well, I watch it anyway), are you? Plus, I wonder who Jennifer was dining with...interesting.

Courteney Cox Gets Dirty

Courteney literally got dirty but still managed to look hot in the April issue of LA Confidential. She told us how great it is to work on her passion, but for us it's great to get a glimpse of how the tabloids are pieced together each week. Here's more:

LAC: What’s your take on the love-hate relationship between celebrities and paparazzi?
CC: There are times when paparazzi go too far. There was a party at my house for Jennifer [Aniston] the other night. I don’t know who leaked it, but all day long, there were paparazzi-and I’m talking a ton. Sometimes they get so competitive it’s dangerous, like “Who’s gonna get the shot?” It’s OK as long as it stays within limits. It’s OK to go to a restaurant and get your picture taken-you’re going out and you have to expect something. But when it gets invasive and they’re sitting outside your house, it’s gone too far. I’m kind of torn because I understand. Look, I don’t read those magazines... but don’t think I don’t look at the pictures to see what people are wearing. I “get” the fascination, but if I’m followed every time I leave my house? That’s too much.

We admit to being suckers for the juicy candid shots but no one wants anyone to get hurt or feel like they are uncomfortable in their own homes. At least it sounds like Courteney is realistic about the situation. For more of Courteney getting dirty just read more

Courteney and Jen Friends with Benefits

We were beyond excited to have Jen and Courteney reunite on the small screen when Court announced that her BFF Jen will guest star on Dirt. Turns out it's going to be more exciting than we thought. Jen will star as another tabloid editor and Courteney's character's archenemy. But wait, it gets better. According to Michael Ausiello of TVGuide.com, "Aniston's character is a lesbian. What's more, she won't just mouth off to Cox's tightly wound counterpart; she's going to share a lip lock with her." Talk about ratings gold. Isn't it great to see what friends will do for one another.... for their art of course.

Courteney and Jen Reunite on Dirt

Yay! Finally a Friends reunion of sorts. Courteney Cox has revealed that her good friend and People's Choice Winner, Jennifer Aniston will make a guest appearance on her new show Dirt. We still have to watch last night's episode from our TiVo since we were too busy with the PCA's but we can't wait to watch this show mature. The pilot was OK but we never judge too much on the first episode. Anyway, here's more:

"We talk about it all the time,” Cox, 42, tells Extra in an interview scheduled to air on Wednesday. “What kind of character she should play, should she play herself or should we write some great thing for her…She'll come on for sure!"

Aniston said she’s game for the cameo. “I would love to – if I was invited," she revealed to Extra. "Just to be able to work with my girl again! We have talked about it, we’ve danced around it.”

Courteney Dishes on Dirt

We've been talking about Courteney's new series Dirt for a while now. As you know, she plays a tabloid editor who will do whatever it takes to get a story. The show is supposed to be really racy, and a far cry from Courteney's uptight character Monica on Friends. What's funny is, Courteney had no interest in going back to television but she just couldn't resist this role. Here's more:

“She said, ‘I’m not going to give this part to anyone else; I can’t imagine anyone else playing it but me,’ ” Mr. Landgraf said.
Had she started out intending to star in a new show, Ms. Cox said, “it probably would have been easier for me to get a show made on network TV, and I would have made more money.” But, she said, “The reason I wanted to do this on FX was because of the freedom it allows.” And as an exercise in acting, she added, “this is much more of a challenge.”
Ms. Cox describes [her character] Lucy as “someone who you felt for but also who you loved to hate.” Her overriding characteristic, she added, “is that she always tells the truth, no matter what. What she might do to get the truth may not be great in a lot of people’s eyes, but she won’t print it unless it’s the truth.”
Even so, Ms. Cox said the show was not intended as a kind of retribution aimed at celebrity photographers and magazines. “I’m not trying to get back at anybody,” she said. “This is a television drama; we are here to entertain. And in fact, the paparazzo that we have on the show, Don Konkey, you have a real sympathy for him.”

Well, it's good to know it's not going to get too dirty but being on FX we know it's going to be more edgy then regular network TV. The show premieres on January 2nd and we think it's going to be a great way to kick off the new year! For more awesome Dirt promo pics of Courteney just read more
