The Met's Costume Institute Gala did not disappoint last night in NYC, bringing us one of the most star-studded red carpets of the year. The theme was "Model as Muse," which apparently brought out some interesting fashion choices. Kate Moss and Marc Jacobs were two of the hosts and had all eyes on them when they arrived first and her outfit included a turban.

Eva Longoria headed in to visit her friend Ken Paves in a sensible outfit with jeans to get her hair done on Friday in LA. Later, her hair was shiny, but she had changed into a floral jumpsuit. Interesting choice.

The actress can afford to be buying more for herself and others this holiday season, considering Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry announced yesterday he wants the program to air until 2013.
Eva Is Pretty In Pink With Friends Over Her Dead Body
Eva Longoria Parker was out last night with one of her costars, Lake Bell, but still no Paul Rudd (too good for his own movie?) at the LA premiere of Over Her Dead Body. Eva stopped by Ken Paves' salon in Manhattan and paired her pretty vanilla hair with an equally lackluster dress. She brought the bling earlier this week though, so I guess she wanted to play this one more low key.

Eva Longoria was out in LA yesterday before dressing up to announce the ALMA Nominations. She looked effortless in her short do, which is part of Gabby's new look on Desperate Housewives. The actress recently said that Ken demanded that her husband Tony be the one to first take the scissors to her hair since Ken didn't want to take the blame if she was sad about losing her long locks.
