Britney's Outfit Makes a Repeat Appearance, Kevin Gets Weighty
Britney Spears headed out for the second day in a row wearing her yellow turtleneck and bag in LA yesterday. While Britney spent the past year showing off her fit body in a vast collection of bikinis, her ex husband Kevin Federline is finally opening up about his much-talked-about weight gain. The season of Celebrity Fit Club starring Federline starts in a few weeks, and he talked about how breaking up with Britney led to the depression that played a part in his bulking up.

Britney's Back in LA and Her First Stop Is Starbucks
Britney Spears has been traveling across North America on tour, but she was back in LA yesterday running errands and stopping by a Starbucks. She'll be performing in her home city this evening, but then she's off to San Diego for tomorrow night's show. All the traveling has been done to support her latest album, Circus, which earned her a Moon Man earlier this month and a nomination at this year's European VMAs.

Gavin Sweats It Out and Works on His Serve
Gavin Rossdale showed a lot of intensity out on the tennis court as he perfected his swing at a club in LA on Thursday. It's not a face we usually see when he's strumming his guitar or enjoying a day out with his family, but it looks like Gavin's got a competitive streak in him. We're all for staying active and fit, but maybe next time Gavin will treat us to some shirtless action when he gets a little too sweaty.
Madonna's 50th Birthday Bash Before the Gym
Madonna and her gobs of gold chains celebrated her 50th birthday this weekend at the Volstead Club in London. The event included her kids, close friends and employees who danced, drank champagne and listened to a speech from Guy, a performance from Lourdes and a long thank-you from Madonna. Although the party went late into the night that didn't stop this fit fifty-year-old from getting up and hitting the gym the following morning — she does have a tour to prepare for after all.
Britney Wants to Show Off Her Total Fitness
Britney Spears got mobbed leaving the recording studio last night after her workout at Bally's. We were wondering why she chose there, as opposed to a more luxury gym, and it turns out it may be another new project. Jamie and Larry have apparently been working on getting Britney a deal as a spokeswoman for Bally's Total Fitness.
