George Clooney's time on the Hawaii set of The Descendants got a bit more strenuous than usual yesterday - he spent the better part of the afternoon jogging in front of the cameras. He was able to take a walk to talk with director Alexander Payne before switching out of his blue polo shirt costume and heading home. George didn't skip a beat getting to work after his time at the Oscars, though he could hardly hope to be in a nicer place filming than Oahu.

George Clooney Is on Island Time For The Descendants

George Clooney didn't pack much more than shorts – and there's certainly no need for shoes - during his trip to Hawaii to film The Descendants where he was on set again yesterday. While he's working on Oahu, his lady Elisabetta Canalis landed a role on Leverage. Clooney's now-famous Oscars flask may have found a way into his luggage, but his grumpy face did not and there's surely a few bars he could visit with onset buddies to keep that smile around.

George Has More Descendants as Elisabetta Gains Leverage

George Clooney took a stroll around the Hawaii set of The Descendants yesterday afternoon. He headed out to the tropical location after the Oscars ceremony earlier this month, and he's been hard at work on his latest project ever since. The film, which has George as the lead, just added other actors like Matthew Lillard, Judy Greer, and more to the cast. One person who we have yet to see hanging out with George between scenes is his Academy Award date Elisabetta Canalis, who just lined up a role of her own on the TNT drama Leverage.

George Clooney Gives Us a Nice View of His Hawaiian Spirit With Goats, Not Shoes

George Clooney found a few furry friends, including a dog and a goat, while doing work for his film The Descendants in Hawaii on Saturday. If his four-legged buddies are part of the production, hopefully, it will be better received than his other recent movie costarring goats. George didn't even bother putting on shoes for a casual weekend meeting after we spotted him on Friday sporting a floral shirt appropriate for the island locale. He arrived fresh off the Oscars where he didn't take home a statue for his role in Up in the Air, but George still managed to make it through the ceremony with the help of his flask.

George Clooney Turns His Oscar Frown Upside Down in Hawaii

George Clooney was back to his smiley self yesterday while filming a new project, The Descendants, in Hawaii. The Oscar nominee caused a lot of headlines this week when he looked grumpy during the award show, though it turns out it was all an act he coordinated with hosts Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin. George skipped out on the star-studded afterparties, but we saw firsthand that he got the party started earlier in the evening with his own happy hour flask. There's no sign of Elisabetta Canalis in Hawaii yet but we all know how much the pair love to soak up the sunshine in sunny locales.

George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis were one of the final pairs to arrive on the red carpet at tonight's Oscars! Just like some of the nights leading ladies, Elisabetta went with a rosy shade as she stayed on his arm the whole time. Right as he headed in, George joked that he was looking forward to heading in to lose to Jeff Bridges. He also flashed a little something that he had in his pocket to help him through the show - a flask engraved with his initials. He also showed off that charming smile - love.
