Finally finished with his Twilight world promotional tour, Robert Pattinson's first order of business was to cut off his famously unruly hair. The heartthrob was spotted loading some boxes into his convertible on Saturday afternoon looking totally swoon-worthy but also semi unrecognizable. Robert is your favorite rising star and one half of your favorite movie romance, but he and his costars still need a little help winning sexiest group.

Jessica Alba was casual in plaid yesterday afternoon out in LA with Honor, but she got fancy by the evening for an adults-only dinner. She was seated right next to fellow mom Nicole Richie, and the girls chatted and laughed throughout the meal. Nicole wasn't decked out in her on-trend bubble shorts, but she did show off her post-pregnancy body in a tight miniskirt.

The MTV VMAs brought its share of drama last night — some amazing performances, a heartfelt Michael Jackson tribute, and a huge moment that had everyone talking — it was a show that will go down in history. The biggest story of the night was Kanye West making a scene when Taylor Swift won Best Female Video, but thankfully it all ended well when Beyonce Knowles sweetly called her up onto the stage to have her moment and he apologized profusely.

Halle Berry stepped out of an appointment in LA yesterday still looking perfectly summery in her dress and short haircut. Halle is still ignoring rumors that she and Gabriel Aubry have baby number two on the way, but she's plowing forward in her career regardless. She's apparently in the final stages of signing on to star in Dark Tides, a thriller from the producers of Twilight.

Britney Spears spent yet another afternoon with her sons at the Ritz-Carlton hotel pool in Marina Del Ray yesterday. Over the weekend Britney showed off a few bikinis while Sean Preston and Jayden James debuted their short new haircuts as they splashed around and played with mom. This time, Brit was in a skimpy purple suit while the boys sported swimmies to help keep them afloat.

Britney Spears spent her weekend lounging at pool at the Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Ray. On Saturday she fit in some shopping, but otherwise she was decked out in a hot pink bikini, which was a little skimpier than her other recent two-piece. Britney was back at the hotel yesterday, wearing a blue number for a day out with Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Katie Holmes wowed the audience arriving at Tom Cruise's Japan premiere of Valkyrie today with gorgeous long hair! Katie has been wearing her chic short haircut for a little under two years, and it's such a surprise to see her with long locks again. Recently, it appeared that Katie was starting to grow it out again after her shortest look last Fall, but here she looks just fantastic —vibrant and young, smiling like the Katie we fell in love with.
Rihanna and Chris Wear Winter White in Paris
Rihanna and Chris Brown did a little of what they do best — luxury shopping at LV and Gucci — in Paris yesterday. The romantic city is perfect for the stylish couple in their various matching black, white and gray pieces. Rihanna is in town to perform on Star Academy and if the viewers are lucky they'll get a steamy cameo by Chris on stage as a bonus.
