Robert and Kristen Share Their Chemistry With Harper's Bazaar

We got a peek at Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's romantic spread in Harper's Bazaar yesterday - ICYMI, check out the amazing outtakes of Rob and Kristen here - and now the full interview is out along with a few new photos. The duo is currently apart promoting New Moon on opposite ends of the globe, with Rob most recently in Japan and Kristen in Mexico with Taylor Lautner. In this interview, though, they were very much in the same place as they discussed romance, relationships, and compared each other in a variety of ways - there's also a video from the shoot after the jump. Here's more:

Robert on his audition: "I was calm and collected, and then we do this thing where we're pretty much making out. I've since tried to do it at another audition, but it completely just collapsed. Kristen was very different from how I expected the girl who played Bella would be. I was kind of intimidated."
Kristen on who's more romantic, her or Robert: "I have a no-bullsh*t detector, so I'd have to say Rob is. I think romance is anything honest. As long as it's honest, it's so disarming."
Robert on how most of his relationships end: "Eventually, the girl is like, 'I know it's got nothing to do with me. You're an . . . idiot.'"

Robert on whose ego is bigger: "It's kind of a tie. We're both pretty proud people. Her ego is more solid than mine, but mine has soared to such peaks, it's ridiculous. Mine's more erratic, but it can get to a point when it's, like, godlike. Only in my eyes, of course. Sometimes just when I say hello the right way, I'm like, Whoa, I'm so cool."
Kristen on who Googles themselves more: "Rob."
Robert on who Googles themselves more: "She would say me, but I reckon it's her. If either one of us catches the other one doing it, we're like, Jesus Christ, is that what you're looking at? And the other one's on their phone pretending to text. I look up my competition more than she does. I'm incredibly shallow. I think she just looks at herself."
Rob on who's more superstitious: "I am. I believe a lot in karma and stuff. Like when I end up with egg on my face, I'm like, Fate! I was born doomed. But I think it's more being an idiot than superstitious."

There were rumors that this interview would have the two revealing that they are romantic in real life and while that has been shot down, there's still something to be said for the chemistry in these shots. Tina Fey Looks Fab and Gets Funny For Harper's Bazaar

Funny woman Tina Fey took a break from her busy filming schedule to pose for the November issue of Harper's Bazaar. Tina recently finished shooting Date Night with Steve Carell and has been hard at work on the upcoming season of Emmy-winning 30 Rock - which premieres next week, get a peek at it now. Inside the magazine she gives her humorous take on being a working mom, yoga and keeping up appearances. Here are highlights:

On working out: "I'll do grave yoga. Someone can come and stretch me in my grave. While it would be great to work out an hour a day, there is something inherently sort of selfish about it. I can't do it."
On appearances: "I like to delude myself that I'm in the old-Hollywood mode. I just tailor my clothes well and try to keep my skin clear. You can point any kind of laser at my face, but I don't think Botox is for me. I think it is bad. People who have too much, they look like their faces are full of candles - a shiny, shiny face."
On juggling it all: "Sometimes I'll be telling my husband 'I think I'm cracking up'. Sometimes you just need a minute to say, 'I think I'm cracking' and just acknowledge it."

On her character Liz Lemon: "I wanted her to be believable, and she's based on a version of myself from before. Being a writer and first moving to New York ... a lot of women live like that. It's not that there is anything wrong with them or they are not together, intelligent, attractive women. It's just that the numbers are off or something."
On her Emmy style: "When it comes to going to the Emmys, say, people always say, 'You should wear some color,' but I always wear gunmetal or black."

Kate Hudson Wears a Wedding Dress but Isn't Getting Married

Kate Hudson donned a wedding dress for a shoot with fashion photographer Peter Lindbergh in New York City yesterday, presumably for a future cover of Harper's Bazaar. Since Kate got together with A-Rod there have been rumors that they're engaged or, more recently that she is pregnant, but there's no word that she'll be putting on a white gown for a real ceremony just yet. Kate and Alex are, however, going strong after six months of dating, proving that they're more than just the suspected Summer fling.

Janet Opens Up All About Michael and Love For Harper's Bazaar

Janet Jackson sat down with Harper's Bazaar for her first interview since the death of her brother Michael earlier this Summer. It's been a challenging few months for Janet - in addition to the loss of Michael, she also parted ways with her longtime boyfriend, Jermaine Dupri. She took a break from filming Tyler Perry's new film and working on her next album to talk about Michael's passing, his children, and being newly single. Here's more:

On avoiding the news after Michael's death: "It will drive you crazy. People can have rhinoceros skin, but there's a point when something's going to hurt you. Not everyone is stone, stone. I haven't watched the news in weeks. I had to ask my chef, 'How's Obama doing?' I haven't read a newspaper."
On Paris Jackson's emotional speech at Michael's tribute: "I was really proud. People said to me that Michael's daughter speaking really gave them a sense of how he was as a father, in her words. Paris is incredibly smart; they are all so smart. She's a sweet girl. The kids are doing well. They're with all their cousins; that family love will keep them going."
On being single after seven years with Jermaine: "I don't know if I'll get married again. I'll put it like this: If God wants me to, then I will . . . I've had people ask me out. I haven't entertained any offers thus far, but I'm locking myself in my work right now."
On Michael's legacy: "It's so beyond. I can't even begin. It's on so many different levels. Bringing light and love and happiness. He's just got so much love, and so much heart, and so much power through his music. Children and his love for children. People have told me, 'I am an American citizen because of your brother.' He wrote them a letter or something. He was just that giving, loving person. And the greatest entertainer there ever was. And is. I hope people get a glimpse of him now, some sort of picture."

It's Hats On, Pants Off For Jennifer Aniston in Harper's

Jennifer Aniston forgot her pants for the October cover shoot of Australian Harper's Bazaar. She doesn't need more than a simple black top and hat to accentuate her amazing body and big smile. Inside, she stuck to her usual interview topics like her romantic history and strong stable of girl friends, but she also joked about her successful career and what she would be doing if not acting. Here are highlights:

On love: "I think it’s important to have closure in any relationship that ends - from a romantic relationship to a friendship. You should always have a sense of clarity at the end and know why it began and why it ended. You need that in your life to move cleanly into your next phase. I’m still a romantic. I still believe in love."
On being lucky in her career: "I don’t know. I’ve never sat and plotted out how I was going to become successful or famous. I just really wanted to work - to do good work - ever since I was at the High School of Performing Arts [in New York]. My Russian acting coach told me I was a disgrace to the Moscow Theatre. So I was determined to prove him wrong and do good work. I’ve never had my eye on a prize. I really wanted to enjoy the passage of time. Before Friends and the success of that I have a graveyard of sitcoms that, thank god, you don’t know about. I was happy to get a job every year, whether it went on or not."

On women doing too much: "Oh yeah. I think that’s because it’s just instinctual as a woman to be the caretaker of your home. Women complain that men don’t do enough, but it’s your own fault. On lasting relationships: "I think it’s laziness. I really do. I think a good relationship is about collaboration. That’s the way to go in a relationship. I think you just need to talk to each other. Say what you need. Say what you want. That way it’s not threatening. You just need to say, ‘This is important to me.’ Don’t expect your mate to read your mind."
On what she would be doing if not acting: "Sure, I always thought it would be fun to own a restaurant. My family is Greek, and many of them own restaurants and coffee shops, and I make a great baklava with my grandmother’s recipe."
On her friendships: "I have great support and great friends. My close friends are important to me, so I make time for them. I’ve always wanted good friendships and they have supported me, through good times and bad. It’s [also] good to have something creative, a creative outlet. I loved having work to go to."

Leighton Meester Has No Shame or Sex Tapes

Leighton Meester is on the cover of September's Harper's Bazaar, and inside the magazine she posed for a series of photos that show her from the ages of 20-50 - accomplished with the help of makeup and Photoshop, of course. In her interview, Leighton addresses her rumored sex tape and Ed Westwick even shares his first impressions of her. Here's more:

On her alleged sex tape: "[The tape] is not real, so it makes me sort of sad. It's unfortunate that it got carried as far as it did. I definitely understand the nature of people better now and that the mere allegation of something like that could be headline news. People think it's real because somebody says it is. By the way, [as for] me being 18 in those pictures, I don't believe I was."
On fame: "I don't want most of what comes along with all of this. I'm doing everything I can to keep things separate. I feel like my friends are in a cult because we're like, 'No outsiders!' I've never been crazy. I'm a very good girl, to be honest. I don't do anything to hurt anybody. Honestly, all I ever do is work."
On her guilty pleasures: "You know, I'm trying to think of what I'm ashamed of. But, damn, I don't really have any shame."
Ed Westwick on Leighton: "She can handle these big, gigantic sandwiches, and she's got the most tiny, little gorgeous figure. . . . The first thing I thought when I met Leighton was, 'F*cking hell, this girl's gorgeous.' And she was incredibly sweet. Now we tell each other to f*ck off whenever we want to. . . . We've been fake shagging for a year and a half now."

Do You Think Lauren's Comments About Heidi Were Out of Line?

We've already heard a little from Lauren Conrad's interview in the August issue of Harper's Bazaar, but she went on to share a few more thoughts about Heidi Montag. Regarding Heidi's upcoming spread in Playboy, LC made a sly dig at her boob job and said,

"They're not going to pay for themselves. . . Everyone makes those choices and wants to do different things. I just don't have any interest in showing my body in something like that. That's a little personal."

Despite LC's contention that she wants more privacy now that she's done with The Hills, her choice of words was bound to stir up trouble. So, tell us - do you think her comments were out of line?

LC Doesn't Think Heidi and Spencer Are Brad and Angelina

Lauren Conrad joined friends for lunch at Mr. Chow in LA yesterday - shop her look here. We see less of LC now that she's living her life off the small screen, but she's still finding plenty of stuff to do beyond The Hills. In addition to keeping her pup Chloe perfectly styled, she has been at the top of the New York Times best-seller list for two weeks in a row. Lauren also recently sat down with Harper's Bazaar after posing for a photo shoot in a dark wig to chat about her what happens after reality TV. She said:

On Heidi and Spencer vs. Angelina and Brad: "They're completely different. The next time Angelina and Brad go shopping in the market and Angelina holds up two melons and smiles for a photograph, then they will be similar. . . .The face mask on vacation: I don't know if it was so funny because people really were being affected by [swine flu]. But otherwise [Heidi and Spencer] are very entertaining. You have to laugh."
On fame: "The last three concerts I went to, I was removed by security because I was a fire hazard. People crowd around you and you lose that whole personal-space concept."
On leaving The Hills: "My roommate went to Europe for two months, but I couldn't take a vacation without clearing it months and months ahead of time. My friends all got to date guys who didn't need to sign a release form. It literally affected the underwear I had to buy because I needed thicker underwear with a more sturdy band so it could hold up a microphone. I couldn't wear whites or prints because they don't look good on film. I had to consult a director of photography when I picked the paint for my walls because I had to have set lighting in my living room and kitchen. I had to have separate birthday parties for my filming and nonfilming friends. It's a closed book. I'm done. Against everyone else's will, I'm trying to take a break."

Kate Winslet Is Just Hanging Around

Kate Winslet got to play Spiderman for her photo shoot in the August issue of Harper's Bazaar. She dangled delicately in front of a gorgeous NYC skyline but also went a bit risque in her sexy black outfit. In the article she talks Oscars, her body, and her life with Sam Mendes. Here are highlights:

On being in the spotlight for awards season: "In the old days I'd just wing it, but now you need to give people what they want, which is someone looking composed, fresh, and put together. Our knickers will still go up our ass at the most inappropriate moment. And we'll still want to flick them out, but you can't, because someone is going to catch you."
On the constant speculation about her weight: "I've heard, 'Oh, she's toned and she's lost weight,' but I am exactly the same as I've always been. The one thing that had to go during awards season was exercise. People would say to me, 'Oh, come on ...' like I was lying about it! Some may find it hard to believe it, but I don't care about that stuff."

I would laugh my head off."
