Today in Heath Ledger's hometown, 600 people came out to mourn and celebrate the late actor's life. The invite only ceremony included family and friends, but no baby Matilda. Songs were sung including a lullaby by Ben Harper called Happily Ever After in Your Eyes written for Matilda per Heath's request almost two years ago.

We may be about the Oscars this weekend but that doesn't mean we won't give you a taste of what else is going on. Check out some of the fabulous people who were celebrating the Spirit Awards, which are for all those wonderful independent movies that were made this year. Leftover Spirit Awards Goodies
Hollywood was not only able to squeeze another big awards show in this weekend, but it had quite a turnout. The Spirit Awards celebrate everything in independent movies that otherwise may be looked over by the box office or other award shows. This year the big winner was Little Miss Sunshine, which took home four prizes including best picture!
