Nicole, Naomi, and Jessica Are Women Dining For Women
Nicole Kidman and her pal Naomi Watts were together last night in NYC for the "Important Dinner for Women" at Cipriani's. They were joined by famous faces like Wendi Murdoch and Liya Kebede for the event, which followed a day of meetings at the UN about issues affecting women of the world. The meal was hosted by Queen Rania of Jordan, who mingled with other celebs like Jessica Alba, Naomi Campbell, and Veronica Webb.
All the Stars Step Out to Make the Afterparty Rounds
The MTV VMAs was a party in itself, but when the show ended all the celebs spread out around town to keep the good times and red carpet highlights rolling. Lady GaGa was joined by Kristin Cavallari, Russell Brand, Jessica Alba, and Diddy for a bash at Avenue, while an Epic Records dinner at the Waverly Inn brought out Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony and Shakira. Pete Wentz hosted friends at his bar Angels & Kings, and InTouch's ICONS + IDOLS soiree gathered Kim Kardashian, Whitney Port, Gerard Butler and even Jon Gosselin.
Jessica and Honor Go From the Beach to the Boarding Gate
Jessica Alba entertained Honor in the security line yesterday at LAX. The pair is leaving Cash solo for a month after a fun-filled weekend, which included a dip in the ocean for bikini-clad Jess as one of the many celebs to enjoy the Summer weather in their swimsuits. Jess came in second place in our first Summer Bikini Body contest, but she's definitely tops when it comes to lighting up little Honor's expressive face.
Biel, Alba, and Connelly Work Out For Charity
Jessicas Alba and Biel joined Jennifer Connelly, who are all faces of Revlon, in NYC on Saturday for the brand's Run/Walk For Women, which aims to raise money to research women's cancers. Last year's event brought out Halle Berry, while this year's trio of hostesses was accompanied by Jimmy Fallon. We love seeing celebs out supporting great causes, but we're equally excited to see some of these same ladies trade their workout clothes for ball gowns at tonight's Costume Gala.
Paris and Jessica Are Second to the First Ladies of Africa
Paris Hilton and Jessica Alba stepped out last night to celebrate the First Ladies of Africa Health Summit, which drew the wives of African heads of state together to try and collectively solve issues plaguing the continent. Paris seemed to have taken a particular liking to the First Lady of Cameroon, Chantal Biya, while Jess mingled with other celebs like Naomi Campbell and Kristen Davis. It wasn't an Earth Day celebration, but Paris and Jessica were doing their part to bring attention to another of the world's important causes.
Jessica Helps January Kick Off the Golden Globes Party
Jessica Alba and January Jones got a head start on their Golden Globes fun with a handful of other celebs in LA yesterday. The ladies hit the gift suites before toasting at a luncheon held in January's honor. Sunday is the big night for the Mad Men star, as both she and her leading man Jon Hamm have a chance to go home with a trophy.
Jessica Alba's Sweet Shopping Spree
Jessica Alba wore the expecting celeb staple — a comfy maxi dress — in Beverly Hills with a friend yesterday. Back in January, Jessica was all about staying as fit as possible, but we're glad to see that she's been loosening up and indulging in sweets and pizza. Besides, if we know Alba, she'll be right on top of getting that bikini body back in shape just as soon as the baby arrives.
Celebrities Get Their Scream On
Lots of stars got started on their Halloween celebration early at the Spike TV Scream 2007 Awards in LA this weekend. The event brought out the expected entourage of edgy celebs like Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie and Criss Angel but also had plenty of the pretty faces we're used to like Alba, Biel and Paris. The cast of Heroes picked up the award for Best TV show while still in need of a stylist, Shia LaBeouf, presented the Hero award to his co-star Harrison Ford.
Jessica and Cash Hit Snowy Sundance
Jessica and Cash got all bundled up to brave the freezing temperatures of Park City for the Sundance Film Festival this weekend. Jess wasn't there to promote any of her own films, but she does have The Eye hitting theaters in a couple weeks so it's always good for celebs to make appearances to remind us of what's to come. Alba also looks to have found some spare time to engage in other aspects of Sundance finest — shopping and swag.
