Lindsay Lohan skipped out on all the Halloween festivities in LA, instead heading to Morocco for the weekend. She was there to hit the red carpet at the opening of the Mazagan Beach Resort in El Jadida, Morocco, but she also found some time for shopping in one of the local markets.
