He got the police involved and an arrest was made today of the man who tried to get $2 million from Dave to keep quiet.

Jennifer Aniston forgot her pants for the October cover shoot of Australian Harper's Bazaar. She doesn't need more than a simple black top and hat to accentuate her amazing body and big smile. Angelina Jolie was back on the set of Salt yesterday in NYC, looking cozy in her fur shawl and hat. This is a different look than the ones we got used to seeing her film in, so at least we know she gets to be all cleaned up for at least part of the movie. She and her big family continue to be the butt of well-intentioned jokes on SNL about her love of children, which is just one of the reasons she has so many fans around the world.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were looking very happily in love, strolling hand-in-hand through LA yesterday after their big wedding on Saturday. There won't be an immediate honeymoon for these two since Ellen has to head back to work, but we're sure they'll head off on one of their romantic vacations when they get a chance. Charlize Theron was at Harvard yesterday to pick up her Hasty Pudding Pot for Woman of the Year, but not before she was sufficiently hazed by the school's Hasty Pudding Theatricals. Kate and Pete Set a Date
The day after Babyshambles announced they have postponed the rest of their tour to give Pete Doherty more time for rehab, we now hear Pete and Kate have set a wedding date. The big event will apparently take place on January 16th, 2007 in the notorious party town of Ibiza, Spain. January 16th also happens to be Kate's 33rd birthday.
