Anne Leads the Celebrity Couture Guests to Paris

The Spring couture shows are currently underway in Paris, which means it's time for star-studded front rows. Anne Hathaway was Giorgio Armani's guest of honor yesterday for his presentation, though she was able to tear herself away from his runway full of red carpet-worthy gowns long enough to exchange loving glances with her boyfriend Adam Shulman. Anne recently found out she's the year's female recipient of Harvard's Hasty Pudding pot, and she's also set to announce the Oscar nominations back in LA on February 2. Elsewhere in Paris, Hilary Swank joined Inglourious Basterds's Melanie Laurent at a collection from Etam designed by the model Natalia Vodianova. This morning brought Karl Lagerfeld's latest collection for Chanel, which went with a "neon baroque" theme. Pregnant Claudia Schiffer was there to join Alexa Chung and the always attention-grabbing Kanye West and Amber Rose.

Do You Think Kanye Learned His Lesson?

Kanye West has been keeping a very low profile following his outburst during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech during September's MTV VMAs, and now their names are popping up next to each other again - Taylor and Kanye were just named Billboards top female and male performers of the year, respectively. He went on his blog to issue a thank you for that accolade, as well as many other best of 2009 wins, saying in all caps, "WOW!!! SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE I'M IN A MOVIE. THANK YOU FOR THE HONOR." He accompanied the post with a photo of Taylor Swift, taken from Billboard's website, making it seem like he's at least found peace with their situation. Even President Obama Has an Opinion on Kanye's Antics

Kanye West is trying to get on with things after the uproar surrounding his outburst at the MTV VMAs, and yesterday he joined friends for a game of basketball in LA. He didn't get shirtless this time around and Kanye still looked a little down in the dumps despite Taylor Swift accepting his apology. Everyone seems to have some opinion on Kanye storming the stage, and that apparently includes even the President. During an off-the-record moment before an interview, President Obama was caught on tape saying that Kanye was a "jack*ss."

The Kanye West and Taylor Swift Drama - Totally Justified or Getting Blown Out of Proportion?

Kanye West broke down on Leno last night talking about his behavior at Sunday's VMAs. This morning, Taylor Swift stopped by The View to discuss her thought process at the moment it all went down and say that he hadn't personally reached out to her yet - though since then he apparently has and she accepted his apology. Radio stations are going so far as to stop playing Kanye songs and even Donald Trump called for a boycott of the rapper. The punishment is starting to seem just a little harsh and while most of you don't forgive him Kanye has apologized now in a few different ways. So what do you think about all the Kanye and Taylor drama - it's all totally justified or is this whole thing being blown out of proportion?

Taylor Swift is lined up to host Saturday Night Live on November 7, and she's apparently entertaining the idea of addressing Kanye West's interrupting her at this year's MTV VMAs. She said, "I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time. . . There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits." Kanye Debuts Colorful Shoes and Language

Kanye West debuted his monochromatic shoe designs for Louis Vuitton in Paris yesterday. LV designer Marc Jacobs was by his side and while Kanye was happy to mug for the cameras - still mullet-ed - his upset blog posts told another story. He promoted his kicks, of course, but also took time to disparage anyone who picked up a false quote from him. He was especially upset by anyone who posted a photo with his "fresh" inaugural ball suit with said quote. Kanye also issued a plea to give him a break and just let him "be great," but as long as his caps lock rants exist, it's hard to imagine anyone will leave him alone.

Kanye Has His Love Locked Down and His Album For Sale

Kanye West took his cap straight from the AMAs to the Ed Sullivan theater for a performance on the The Late Show With David Letterman last night. Poor Kanye sounded a little hoarse as he belted out "Love Lockdown," but it's been a super busy week for him promoting 808s & Heartbreak, which is out today. As the critics start weighing in on his new sound, Kanye has nothing but pride for his new album, saying, "You know people sometimes don't understand great art when they first hear it, but I am very confident in it. Whether it sells as much as the last one, or way more, I feel like I am just successful in doing something I felt really good about." We're already sold on Kanye's new sound even though he seems to be in a sad place right now, and it sounds like he's come a long way since last year's feud with 50 Cent.

Rachel, Kanye, and Janet Stay Close at the amfAR Dinner

Rachel Bilson continued making the rounds at Milan Fashion Week last night, getting decked out in black for the amfAR charity dinner. She was joined by Dita Von Teese and Janet Jackson, who posed for photos on the arm of pal Donatella Versace. Kanye West and Amber Rose made one of their first public outings since his VMA debacle earlier this month, with both of them looking as into PDAs as ever with her new lip ring to top it all off.
