Last night's amfAR gala in NYC brought out a roster of celebrities and models to toast the AIDS-fighting charity on the eve of Fashion Week. Fall 2012 Fashion Week begins today, but there were plenty of gorgeous gowns on display yesterday. Host Sarah Jessica Parker donned a pink Oscar de la Renta gown, which she paired with a leather motorcycle jacket and white gloves while posing for pictures. Leighton Meester broke from filming Gossip Girl to hit the carpet in Louis Vuitton, while other ladies like Julianne Moore, Cindy Crawford, and Elizabeth Hurley wore Roberto Cavalli. Even Leonardo DiCaprio's current squeeze, Erin Heatherton, stepped out in Cavalli. It was Heidi Klum's first public event post-split from husband Seal, and she too wore Cavalli.The guests were treated to dinner, an auction, and performances from Theophilus London and Janelle Monáe.

Heidi Klum threw a coverup on over her swimsuit yesterday to hit the beach in Miami with her kids. She and her husband, Seal, have been in Florida since last weekend, when they celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony. Heidi Klum was quick to throw on her bikini afterward to soak up the sun with Seal, though she didn't show as much skin during her recent day on the sand. Heidi and her children Leni, Johan, Lou, and Henry put their water-friendly clothes away to head to the airport last night. It seems the Klum-Samuel clan has wrapped up their latest vacation, but they'll be able look forward to another fun family bash next May in honor of Heidi and Seal's seventh year as a married couple.

The fun continued inside the 2012 amfAR charity gala at NYC's Cipriani Wall Street last night. Host Sarah Jessica Parker, decked out in a pink Oscar de la Renta gown, mingled with friends like Stanley Tucci, who brought along his fiancée Felicity Blunt. Heidi Klum caught up with some other members of the Project Runway family, like Kenneth Cole and Molly Sims. Cindy Crawford made the rounds with Roberto Cavalli and took the stage with Elizabeth Hurley to present one of the evening's honors. The event is a traditional kickoff to New York Fashion Week, which officially starts today. Heidi Klum treated her four children to lunch in LA on Saturday. She left a restaurant in Brentwood hand in hand with her oldest, Leni, and was followed by two nannies, Lou, Henry, and Johan. Heidi has been keeping her kids' schedules as normal as possible in the aftermath of her and Seal's split. Despite their plans to divorce, Heidi Klum and Seal wear wedding rings still - she had hers on for the weekend meal. They're still apparently going forward with their separation, and she recently thanked fans for their support. She wrote on Twitter, "I want to thank you for all your support and kind words. Really means so much. Thanks again."

Heidi Klum and Seal are separating, they announced today in a joint statement. The revelation comes after a weekend full of rumors about an impending divorce for Heidi Klum and Seal. The couple met in 2003, married in 2005, and are parents to children, Henry, Jonah, Leni, and Lou.

Their statement reads:

While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal, and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate. We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.

We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy.

Heidi Klum is reportedly considering filing for divorce from her husband, Seal. The couple, who are apparently weathering a "rough patch," have not released any comments about the rumors, and neither of their reps have released a statement. According to sources, Heidi would file as early as next week and sites irreconcilable differences.

Heidi and Seal vacationed with their family in Aspen over the holidays and looked like the picture of happiness. She stepped out solo to the Golden Globe Awards last weekend though, and looked lovely in a nude colored Calvin Klein gown.
