Kristen and Dakota Get Away With The Runaways to SXSW

Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart joined The Runaways director Floria Sigismondi last night for a screening in Austin as a part of the SXSW Film Festival. Dakota and Kristen have been all over the country promoting their film with a premiere in LA last week before Wednesday night's big NYC event with Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, where both of the young stars opened up to us about their work on the movie. Their tour will come to a close with the project's opening today, and we'll see if Kristen and Dakota fare better at the box office than Robert Pattinson's recent non-Twilight effort - check out what Buzz thinks of Dakota and Kristen's turns as teenage rock stars.

Kristen Stewart Wears Red Leather and Heads to Texas!

Kristen Stewart looked like she learned a thing or two from the Runaways costume designer, sporting a red leather jacket at LaGuardia airport in NYC this afternoon as she headed out of town. She's finished up with the East Coast leg of The Runaways promotion, and after a quick stop tonight in Austin for a SXSW screening, she can sit back and see how opening weekend goes. At last night's premiere, she revealed that she has a vacation coming up with no movies planned between now and Breaking Dawn. Kristen looked refreshed even after she and Dakota Fanning made it a late night at the afterparty, while fans could catch the girls together on Jimmy Fallon. Wherever Kristen is headed after Austin - may we suggest London to see Robert? - she deserves a break after another whirlwind press tour.

Dakota and Kristen Talk Friendship and Fashion at the NYC Runaways Premiere

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning caused minor pandemonium last night when they arrived at NYC's Landmark Sunshine theater for their NYC premiere of The Runaways, presented by Tommy Hilfiger and Quintessentially. We had a first look at Kristen showing some leg in her Pucci minidress, and Dakota also looked great in her Valentino. We caught up with Dakota at Tuesday's press junket, where she opened up about the process of channeling Cherie Currie. Yesterday, she was happy to talk about all the fun she and her female costars had on set and said Kristen's become "one of my best friends." Kristen, meanwhile, revealed she occasionally gets tired of all the prep it takes to get ready for events. She also weighed in on the Breaking Dawn director drama and said she's excited to see who they pick, and once press for this film has wrapped, she actually has a vacation coming! Kristen, Taylor, and Dakota Hug but Don't Kiss at The Runaways Afterparty

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning kept the celebrations going last night as they went from their big LA premiere of The Runaways to the afterparty at the Cabana Club. Taylor Lautner stopped to sign a few autographs for fans before joining the girls, while Kristen changed into something more comfortable just as she did between Robert Pattinson's recent Remember Me screening and bash. Joan Jett kept the girls laughing in the VIP section, after Dakota and Kristen had done a long day of press for their movie. A kiss between Kristen and Dakota has lots of people interested, but for Ms. Stewart, it was no big deal. "It was cool. I didn't mind it," she said. "The way that it happens in the script is so just a sort of moment in time and fun and natural and sort of impulsive."

Kristen & Dakota Are Pretty in Silver & Pink at Runaways Premiere!

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning both arrived at the time of their offscreen counterparts, Cherrie Curie and Joan Jett, at last night's premiere of The Runaways. Dakota went first in her stunning Valentino dress and Ferragamo shoes while Kristen surprised us by showing up in a hot pink Doo Ri dress paired with Jimmy Choos. Dakota says she's yet to check out the first Eclipse trailer though hears fans are already wanting more! Speaking of the Twilight saga - Taylor Lautner rounded out a week of being Kristen's date by attending the red-carpet screening after the Oscars. Taylor signed autographs for fans and was the last to head in and check out the movie. Unfortunately, Rob wasn't able to return the Remember Me favor and attend Kristen's premiere, but his movie is out today so check out Buzz's review.

Condensed Sugar: It's a New Moon World

It was a hectic few days for Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner as they continued taking their New Moon press tour around the globe. They spent last weekend in LA, where we sat down with both Kristen and Robert, before taking off for Europe with stops in Paris, London, and Madrid. Of course, it wasn't all work as there was also time for some special hand-holding between Robert and Kristen! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Spotted Leaving Vancouver Together!

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart finished up work on Eclipse and ducked out of Vancouver together today. The duo were the last two in town with the director David A. Slade, who twittered that they wrapped up at 4:30 a.m. No rest for the weary, however, since Rob and Kristen are diving right into promoting New Moon before its Nov. 20 release. Twilight fever is everywhere these days from - the restaurant world to our very own TwilightSugar! Plus great news - theaters will be rereleasing Twilight the day before New Moon hits theaters! The two played it coy for the cameras as usual, but it's always a treat to see Robert and Kristen . . . especially when they're traveling together, as they're bound to do over the next few weeks of premieres and TV appearances around the world.

Robert and Kristen Take a Ride on Eclipse Set

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart filmed Eclipse in Vancouver yesterday. The scene involved Edward and Bella inside his Volvo at the Forks Police Station. Earlier in the week, rehearsals left Jackson Rathbone needing a little medical attention, but luckily he was OK, and Ashley Greene pointed out how much of a trooper he was to be at work the next day. More and more details about the New Moon release have been coming out, like premiere locations, the soundtrack, and even a tracker app to stay on top of the news. At the moment, however, it's such a treat to get a glimpse of another Edward and Bella moment before their sweetness onscreen in just a couple more months.
