The fate of Lipstick Jungle seems to be up in the air these days. First we heard it was canceled but Brooke Shields was quick to deny the reports. Whether or not it's still on the chopping block, Robert Buckley used his sexy shirtless bod to make this little video, perhaps as a ploy to get some new fans.
Brooke and Kim Party With Their Kids While LJ Carries On
Two thirds of the ladies of Lipstick Jungle, Brooke Shields and Kim Raver, brought their kids to the Cookie magazine Kidsfest bash in NYC on Sunday. Kim posed on the pink carpet with husband Manu Boyer and their two boys, Leo and Luke, while Brooke Shields kept an eye on her youngest daughter Grier and denied reports of their reportedly canceled show. Of the rumors, she said, "It's not true.
Brooke Shields Won't Be Re-Applying Her Lipstick
It must have been bittersweet for Brooke Shields as she filmed a scene for Lipstick Jungle with David Norona at Rockefeller Center earlier today. We're still sad about the show's cancellation, but at least it sounds like we may get to watch the remaining 13 episodes that are still scheduled to air. The fabulous wardrobes, strong female characters, and of course, a certain shirtless hot bachelor will be missed, so we'll just have to savor the last new episodes while we can.

The ladies of Lipstick Jungle filmed scenes in NYC yesterday, showing off their chic-as-ever outerwear. Just a few hours later, Kim and Lindsay hit the red carpet arm-in-arm without Brooke. Last night's episode was another dramatic one for Nico, Wendy, and Victory, but as usual their strong personalities, senses of humor, and great fashion kept it fresh.
NBC Closes Out the TCA Fun
The TCAs wrapped up on Monday with a few fabulous shows from NBC. Zachary Levi and Josh Schwartz revealed fun news about Nicole Richie's role on Chuck, including her very exciting shower fight scene. We also heard from Brooke Shields who's thrilled to get back to work on Lipstick Jungle, especially with Mary Tyler Moore playing her mom.
Brooke, Kim & Lindsay Make Fashion Week a Lipstick Jungle
Lipstick Jungle is taking full advantage of their timing, piggybacking all sorts of parties and events with the beginning of Fashion Week in New York. Last night all the ladies of the show — Brooke Shields, Kim Raver and Lindsay Price — were out for the big premiere party and this morning they used the oversized scissors to cut the ribbon officially kicking off the week alongside show creator Candace Bushnell. Sure this show is more than a little hard to distinguish from Cashmere Mafia but thankfully Buzz is here to help us keep them separate.
Brooke Empowered By Lipstick Jungle
Brooke had fun joking around with her daughter Rowan while out for afternoon tea in Santa Monica this week. Brooke just finished shooting the pilot for Candace Bushnell's Lipstick Jungle where she plays a high powered movie exec. If this show does for Brooke what Sex and the City did for SJP then Brooke has quite a lot to look forward to (including a fabulous wardrobe).

Brooke Shields and Grier braved the cold with mouse ears out in NYC yesterday afternoon. While Brooke's family stays out of the spotlight for the most part, we're getting to know her on-screen loved ones more and more throughout the Lipstick Jungle season. Last night was an intense episode for Wendy Healy as they celebrated Halloween, and of course all three women looked fabulous as usual.
