David's Hank Is in a Carefree Mood
David Duchovny filmed scenes for Californication at Venice Beach with Evan Handler yesterday. Staying true to Hank's character, he looked like a bit lost, stumbling around and dancing with a cigarette in his mouth. While we'll have to wait until season three to see what happens with Hank's love life, David's been happily spending time with Tea Leoni and their kids off camera.
Jon and January Get Ready For Their Return to TV
Jon Hamm and January Jones were decked out '60s-style yesterday in Pasadena to film the third season of Mad Men, which will kick off Aug. 16 on AMC. It's been a long time since Jon and January were together on the small screen, but at least we got to enjoy his cameo on 30 Rock during the break.
Robert Gets to Work With His New Leading Lady
Robert Pattinson was still busy filming Remember Me in NYC today, switching his outfits and heading into a cafe for an indoor scene. We've seen lots of Rob working on the movie solo, but he was joined over the weekend by Emilie de Ravin, the Lost star who will return for the show's sixth season. She also recently filed for divorce from her husband of two years, while any rumors about Rob's love life are still focused on another of his female costars.
Tom Joins the Lakers Celebrity Fan Club
The Lakers may have lost to the Nuggets last night at the Staples Center, but as usual they had bragging rights when it came to their star-studded audience. Tom Cruise was a welcome fresh face in the crowd, bringing his son Connor along with him in a matching outfit. Season regular Leonardo DiCaprio was also there, drinking beer and smiling as Jake Gyllenhaal concentrated on the game elsewhere in the stands.
Paris Doesn't Need to Watch The Hills to Know It's Fake
Fresh off turning heads at the Cannes Film Festival, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt were at the perfume industry FiFi Awards in NYC last night. Paris took home the prize for female celebrity fragrance of the year and also talked about why Doug is too good for The Hills. She said, "The show is, like, so lame and fake.

Kate Keeps the Berlin Film Fun Going Before the Oscars
Kate Winslet waved to her fans earlier today on her way into a photo call for The Reader during the Berlin Film Festival. After posing for pictures, she sat down with her costars for a press conference and then got fancy to hit the premiere alongside Ralph Fiennes. Kate's up for an Oscar for her role in the WWII drama, but she's pragmatic about the odds of winning since she's been nominated five times before but never has won.
AFI Awards Keeps Things Rolling
This past week the award season kicked off and on Friday AFI joined in on the mix. They pick their top 10 movies and TV shows of 2008 which include Benjamin Button, Milk, Dark Knight, Mad Men, Lost and The Wire. Emile Hirsch was there to continue to show off his not-so-hot mustache while the ladies from Mad Men, January Jones and Christina Hendricks, kept their classic style off screen as well.
