Madonna Would Rather Be Hit by a Train Than Marry Again
Madonna arrived at The Late Show yesterday with a smile, waving to the crowd assembled outside of Ed Sullivan Theater in NYC. She joked with Dave about all of her exes, referring to her marriage to Guy Ritchie as "the Bush years" and teasing Letterman for his A-Rod and Palin's daughter bit that Madonna said almost got him "arrested." When Dave asked the singer if she'd ever remarry, she replied, "I think I'd rather get run over by a train," putting to rest the wedding rumors for her and Jesus Luz.
Madonna's "Celebration" — Hit the Dance Floor or Leave the Club?
Madonna's still touring the world on her Sticky and Sweet tour, but she's already looking forward to her next big project. She's set to release a greatest hits album called Celebration, and the first single, of the same name, was just leaked. It sounds like a return to form for the singer, with a vibe that just might be perfect for a night out with friends.

Mercy Fits Right Into Madonna and Guy's London Life
Madonna gave her daughter Mercy a piggyback ride out of London's Kabbalah center on Saturday. Mercy already had a little red string on her wrist for services with her new siblings and Guy Ritchie after a week of fun times with their family. As she gets used to life with Madonna, her grandmother back in Malawi has spoken out about missing her.
Madonna Honors MJ With a Tribute in London
This weekend Madonna prayed with her family and Jesus Luz at the Kabbalah Center before taking the stage at the O2 arena for her Sticky & Sweet tour. Her concert included a tribute to Michael Jackson where she stood with her backup dancers cheering on an MJ impersonator that performed all his signature moves. Madonna shouted, "Let's give it up to one of the greatest artists the world has ever known!"
Madonna Wins Adoption Appeal For Mercy
Madonna's adoption appeal for Mercy James was approved early this morning by Malawi's Supreme Court. The judge ruled that her initial denial by the lower court was based on an old law, and that although she hasn't lived in the country for 18 months the court should have taken her philanthropic efforts in the community into account.
Madonna's lawyer said she was "ecstatic" when she heard the news that the adoption was finalized.
Madonna's Adding Another Mini-Travel Buddy to Her Group
Madonna flew into London earlier today with Lourdes, Rocco, and David by her side. Now that Mercy's adoption has been finalized, the family is getting ready for their new addition. The singer's already making preparations for her second daughter, apparently asking Gwyneth Paltrow to design the little girl's room while fashionista Lourdes picks out clothes for her little sister.
Another Horse Accident for Madonna Ends in a Hospital Trip
On Saturday in the Hamptons, Madonna fell off a horse that had been "spooked" by the paparazzi according to her manager Guy Oseary. The singer was taken from photographer Steven Klein's home where the incident took place to the hospital and released the same day with minor injuries. Her rep Liz Rosenberg confirmed, "The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend.
Madonna Keeps the Charity and Stella Fun Time Coming
Before shopping today, Madonna and Stella McCartney spent their second evening together in a row, this time joining Stella's husband, Alasdhair WIllis, and a few other friends for dinner at Assaggi in Notting Hill. Stella has been by Madonna's side in the aftermath of her so far unsuccessful adoption of Malawian Mercy James, but that roadblock hasn't stopped Madonna's philanthropy. Madonna joined the ranks of other members of the fashion industry donating to the victims of the recent earthquake in Italy — the singer herself giving around half a million dollars to those suffering in the region where her ancestors lived.
