Matt Damon Gets Adjusted to His NYC Schedule

Matt Damon was back in his long coat yesterday to keep working on The Adjustment Bureau in NYC. His costar Emily Blunt wasn't by his side, unlike other afternoons of filming, but Matt had a few members of the crew around for company and laughs. It was Jon Voight who appeared with him last night at the Children at Heart benefit gala, during Matt's most recent evening out after a long day on set. We Talk to Matt and Josh While the People Speak

Matt Damon and Josh Brolin stepped out last night for the NYC premiere of The People Speak. The program, which features celebrities reading important documents from America's past, will debut on the History Channel Dec. 13. Both Matt and Josh are producers of the project that features Danny Glover, and John Krasinski made a late, low-key entrance to pose for photos before heading inside. Emily Blunt was there for the afterparty, lending her support to both her fiance John and her The Adjustment Bureau costar Matt. We had a chance to chat with Josh, who said working with Matt is easy and fun - and they're also set to star together in an upcoming Coen brothers film. Matt, meanwhile, said history is a big hit with his girls at home, though his youngest two daughters are still a little too small to show much interest just yet.

Matt and Emily Get Touched up While Adjusting

Matt Damon spent yesterday afternoon working on the NYC set of The Adjustment Bureau. The actor has been getting to know his costar Emily Blunt over lunch on breaks from shooting, but most of his downtime is spent with his wife and daughters. He and Emily were together to shoot scenes in the early evening, but she was soon off to join her real life leading man John Krasinski at the 24 Hour Plays. Matt filled up this year with charity projects, family travel, and work including two very different movies that are coming out over the next few months - Oscar-buzzy Invictus and action filled The Green Zone.

Emily Blunt Films With Matt and Poses With John

Emily Blunt joined Matt Damon Monday for a long afternoon on the NYC set of The Adjustment Bureau. After working on a few scenes, they took a quick lunch break before heading home afterward in the dark. Emily had another late night yesterday, when she joined fiance John Krasinski for a premiere of The Red Shoes. We've been pondering what it would be like if John's The Office met Mad Men, but he was all about posing and smiling with Emily as they checked out the movie alongside newly announced Oscar host Alec Baldwin.

Matt Takes a Break to Lunch With Luciana

Matt Damon took a timeout from work on The Adjustment Bureau to grab lunch with his wife Luciana yesterday at Sant Ambroeus in NYC. He seems able to make plenty of time for the special ladies in his life despite a busy filming schedule, whether their visits are on set or off. Matt's routine was interrupted last week due to unexpected developments, but he and Luciana seem to have gotten right back into the swing of things with their new life in the Big Apple.

Luciana brought Gia and Isabella to visit him at work, continuing their family time after a weekend in Matt's hometown. Matt Damon and Luciana brought their daughter Gia out for a walk in Boston today. The family is in his hometown, which means he won't be making it to tonight's event for his charity ONEXONE in SF. Fellow celebrity supporters like Charlize Theron, Josh Groban, and Jeremy Piven will be there to hold down the fort - stay tuned for our updates from the red carpet. Meanwhile, Matt and his girls are taking care of business back on the East Coast. Perhaps they'll have time to join the Garner-Afflecks for one of their adorable park playdates.

Matt Only Has Eyes For One Dancer at the Strip Club

Matt Damon looked like he was in a great mood yesterday while filming The Adjustment Bureau in NYC. He evidently has reason to smile, since he's been busy soaking up all that the Big Apple has to offer when he isn't on set. He and wife Luciana have done a little bit of everything, from Broadway shows to checking out the city's strip clubs. The couple and some friends apparently visited The Hustler Club recently, but Matt only had eyes for one dancer, Luciana, showing that they know how to keep the spark alive.
